人上进的文化力量也在潜移默化地提升学生的素质，培养其树立崇高的理想和信念，增强其道德责任感和自律能力，进而促进学生的成长成才。
2、和谐的校园文化引导学生的价值取向
和谐的学校教育以科学的思想、观点和方法论为指导，使学生形成崇高的伦理道德观、先进的思想理念，从而确立科学的、正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。当前，人类社会已经进入一个“新文化”的时代，文化的传播变得非常迅速，文化的影响力也不断增强。面对多元化的文化及价值取向，青年大学生价值取向的阵脚很容易受到冲击而转移。青年时代正是尝试新事物、好奇心强烈的时期，大学生的科学价值观还不稳固，对文化的选择和价值取向的确定具有心理不确定性，因而很容易接受外来文化的冲击，其中不乏大量不良文化。因此，高校要建立和谐的、积极的校园文化，正确地指导学生树立科学的价值观。
3、和谐的.校园文化增强师生的凝聚力
和谐的校园环境是一个“和而不同”的大环境，在这个环境中无形地形成了一股向心力，激发师生在相互理解、相互尊重、相互包容的基础上，共同探讨，共同奋斗。和谐能够凝聚人心，团结力量，这种凝聚力不知不觉地约束着师生的行为，引导他们团结向上、和谐相处。只有在这样的和谐环境中，一方面教师的积极性、敬业度得以提高，另一方面学生的学习主动性增强，达成师生良好的互动，在这股向心力的作用下，师生自觉地凝聚在一起，形成共同的价值取向。

In November this year, a college student from a prestigious university stabbed to death a professor who was preparing for his teaching. In the US a deadly shooting by a Korean American college student resulted in 33 classmates’ death. These tragedies seem to be unimaginable when college students are regarded as the elite of the society. Some people claim that the higher education do not improve moralities of those college students. Others believe that college students are fragile in their internal minds. These opinions do make sense when we take the overloaded pressure imposed on college students into consideration. While there is no way to rid totally the world of such violence, it is more important to take measures to avoid those occurrences.
Among those solutions, psychological aid is one. If psychological consulting had been resorted to, those tragedies should have happened with less possibility.

我们的'校园又美丽又干净。
特别是学校刚修建不久的景色水池，水又清澈又干净，几条小锦鲤鱼在水里活蹦乱跳的，真可爱。水池小瀑布上面还有一个小型喷水器，一开动水就顺墙面潺潺而流，给人一种非常清新活泼的感觉。水池旁边还用了一些我一时也说不上来的植物装饰，水中还有几朵紫色的小莲花，小鱼儿一会在水上活动，一会又钻到莲花下躲藏人们的眼光。虽然这个水池没什么特别，可是它不但给学校增添春色和动感，而且又是一处好看的景色，我真喜欢这个喷水池。池正中，有许多水生植物。瞧，一条欢蹦乱跳的大鲤鱼翘着尾嗜，挺着胸脯，那一片片鱼鳞，在阳光下忽闪，忽闪，真像一颗晶莹的珍珠哩!水池旁有一个专门管理水池的管理处，以前管理处旁还有一些关于水池的的书买呢，不可惜现在已经搬走了。
?水池旁有一圈专门来装饰水池的鲜花，每天。学生们迎着朝阳到学校，一进大门就能看到这个美丽的这个水池，可见这水池挺受学生们的欢迎，刚建好的时候学生一到学校都会上来参观，即使过了很久，还有学生来参观景色水池。其实他们都是来看那些游动着的生命——鲤鱼的。可是自从鲤鱼后，就没学生过来看了，其实我也很难过，好端端的小生命一个个就没了。
哦，我想起来了，水池旁边还有两个麒麟头，在它们的嘴里会喷出小水柱，我多么希望快快在水里增加几条有活力的生命啊!这样学校的水池才更有趣，也更给校园增添风光，这样的喷水池也有它无比神奇的色彩哦!
