万物都有一扇门，而且每扇门的钥匙应该都不同。但是，却有一把可以打开任意一扇门，它就是“理想”，远大的理想就是开启万物的钥匙。
理想就是一盏灯，照亮了前方，我们便轻而易举地大步走向前。一旦没有理想，我们的路将凹凸不平。
每个人都拥有一个自己心目中最完美的理想，大家都会为自己的理想去斗争，去拼搏。心目中的理想是我们心灵的支持。因此有一个目标去努力。我的理想是当一名律师，为有冤屈的人声张正义，让犯法的人受带法律的制裁。
在很早以前，我的心中就萌生了这个念头。在小时候，我在看电视的时候我看到一个个为国民声张正义的律师意气风发，很是威风。从那以后我就想当一名律师，为受委屈的人讨回公平，将犯法的人绳之以法，让他们受到法律的制裁。
或者有人会说童言无忌，说一说也就不当一回事了，但是六年级的一场辩论会，又将我那深埋在心中的种子激发出来了。那天，辩论的主题善意的谎言是否有违诚信之本。六位同学在进行着激烈的对抗，抒发着源自自己心里的想法，博得阵阵掌声。
其实辩论一个话题就等于打一场官司，只要你的语言说服的了对方，这场官司，这次辩论会你就赢了，犯法的人会受到法律的制裁，真确的观点会受到他人的肯定。你的认真准备就的到了意义，你辅助了别人，你会为了自己的成就觉得开心，我似乎追求的就是这个，就是这两个偶然的事让我产生了一个人生的目标，心中的理想。
听人家说过，考律师不好考，除了口才要好还得具备本科毕业证。在身体技巧上，谁都不曾倒下，司法是律师最难的考验方式，当知道律师这么难考，我几乎有可退缩的想法。不过，看着那么多著名的律师为人民服务，也就少了几分畏惧。现在我能做的就是读好书，争取考上好的中学，然后考上中国政法大学，之后，如果幸运之神降临于我身边的话，我就可以去律师事物所实习，不过这一切是多么久远啊。
我心中拥有着一个最完美的美梦，它是我学习的目标，我为实现它而拼搏、斗争。不管多么艰难，我都会努力地去实现。我一定会当上律师，让犯法的人受到法律的制裁。不管理想多么遥远，不管要如何艰辛，一定回拥有成功，加油！

In the night all he couls see was a bottomless abyss. He shouted, his own shout reflected back--there was nobody to hear.
You can imagine that man and his whole night of scare. Every moment there was death, his hands were becoming cold, he was losing his gripand as the sun came out he looked down and he laughed. There was no abyss. Just six inches down there was a rock. He could have rested the whole night, slept well---the rock was big enough---but the whole night was a nightmare.
Fear is only six inches deep. Now it is up to you whether you want to go on cling to the branch and turn your life into a nightmare, or whether you would love to leave the branch and stand on your feet.

社会不断发展，我们也处在一个变革的社会，当公司其他部门比如销售部门为了促进销售或者其他目的，提出一个新的结算方案或者新的销售方案，我们的会计人员，尤其是工作能力不足的，或者工作多年的老会计，总是第一个尖叫起来：不行，不行，财务没法作帐!
殊不知，会计是为管理服务的，只要经济业务发生了，那有不能作帐的道理!
还有一些时候，当我们面对客户的时候，客户总会提出一些会计人员意想不到要求，很多时候，我们的这些固执的新、老会计绝对不让步。
一个非常有趣的现象，有的公司要求必须先给发票再付款，有的公司要求必须见到款项才开具发票，这个政策很显然是会计为了自己工作方便而制定的本位政策，一般情况下这个政策都没有问题。但当这两个公司都这么要求，并且这两个公司的会计都比较固执的时候，问题就出现了。
我从正面阐述这个问题。
1.首先，会计应该是一个服务人员，尤其是现金出纳和银行出纳，涉及外部的付款和收款环节，不要以为别人来领钱是你自己的钱，有好的服务态度，你绝对会收到你想都想不到的结果。
2.其次，会计应该是公司的管理者，至少是参与者，应该有足够的敏感性，对你所经历的'所有异常事情给予足够的关注。
比如对于费用的变动，对于某件购买的物品价格过高，某些采购人员喜欢用现金支付、某些销售人员下的应收账款过高、某一个异常咨询。
如果财务人员没有敏感的神经，不知道哪些是异常的话，可能我们永远只能是一个会计。
我们不能直接去干预公司业务、去收款、去采购，而是要制定相关的内部控制3.关注公司的经营行为，以你会计专业的角度，写出你自己的管理者能看得懂的报告，提出你老板感兴趣并且你自己人为正确的观点来。
