我们大家在学英语的同时。好像忘记了我们的母语。我们这中华民族五千年的悠久历史，老祖宗传下来的文化，魅力好像还抵不过一个“洋鬼子”说的“鬼话”是的，英语的确是国际通用语言。可是这就是我们要冷落我们伟大的母语的'原因吗？这原因是在不值一提。中文，是世界上能最清楚表达事物的语言，只改变语调，就能变换语义。中国的语言文字叫“汉字”，而英美的语言文字叫“单词”。
这就明显能体现出汉语的意思准确、精练。我本人是回族，但我并不讨厌“汉”语、“汉”话。相反，我却十分崇敬华夏文化，因为我是中国人。
但看现在世态，我们好像不该在打着中华民族的旗子，说我们是龙的传人了。外语肆意横行，把我们老祖宗留给我们的东西，推进了印度洋深处，实在可怕。我最后竭力大喊一句：“我们是中国人！！！”

还记得金希敏方仲永吗？当钟勇五岁的时候，他就能写诗和画画了，他被认为是全村的天才。有些人还花钱买了钟勇的诗。但是，贪图小利，把它当成赚钱工具而不是学习的，是他的父母。以至于他的才华在世俗的恭维面前消失的无影无踪。他是接受的人，所以他也是一个有德的人，一个不接受的人，一个为所有的人。嘿！可见天才也是需要学习的！
在现实生活中，也有来自钟勇的未来不同的“神童”。和我国著名戏剧活动家田汉一样，他年轻时才华横溢，尤其擅长诗词歌赋。从前有个墨家路过他家旁边的客栈，曾经写过一本书《两江两石双河口》，但是很久没有人配了。田汉11岁时，看到的援笔是《一人一马一枪》这本书。田汉后来能取得惊人的成就。除了他惊人的天赋，当然也离不开他平时的努力。看来天才也是学来的。

只能够自认倒霉了！谁叫我平时不好好学习，考试前又不好好复习。上课时和旁边的同学说话，别人在做作业的时候，我却一个人在玩耍，自己的成绩自己知道，一股劲地往下退，直线下降嘛！尤其是数学，我一点也听不懂，上课就像梦游一样，老师上到那儿就算到那儿，听了就忘，简直是一只耳朵进，一只耳朵出。简直不知道自己在做什么。平时做作业还要好，做完就不知道自己在做一些什么，为什么这么做。简直像在做梦一样却不知道一个所以然。大部分时候，我只要一遇到做不出的时候就问同学，美其名曰虚心请教，然而实质上是叫别人说了，自己写写，好像自己当一个书记员，只管抄写。老师看到以后经常跟我耐心谈话，说了一大堆道理，我却全部当了耳旁风。到了期中考试的时候，虽然我提前两天知道，但是我说临时抱佛脚，越抱越别脚。所以，大家在复习的时候，我却照玩不误。期中考试考了一个比较差的成绩那是不能够怪别人的呀！只能够怪自己不用功呀！
也许家长会开完，家长们相互通气，妈妈又会掉下伤心的眼泪，因为我是她的'希望，她的骄傲，她的精神支柱。可是，我就是那么不争气，成绩那么差我想自己真的不应该让他们那么失望，那么伤心，那么落泪。从现在开始，我一定要加倍努力学习，争取以后考试次次都取得好成绩！那么让自己的父母也能够在家长会上抬起头来。
