They don't realize that wasting time is actually equal to killing themselves. They always regret not having made great achievements. One of the reasons may be they do not make good use of time. Therefore, in order to be successful, they should first get into the habit of being on time. It’s a sign of cherishing time. Don't put off what can be done today until tomorrow. Being lazy will eventually lead to failure. Don't wait, because you don't know how long it will take when you put off your plan.

For thousands of years， animals have trodden a slow path， their spirits together with the body。 But our human being\\'s transportation is too fast。 The body moves but the soul is left behind。 We try to free ourselves in convenience， but we only imprison the soul。 Since we invented how to count hours， we do everything to short the time， short the deadline。 But the time saved can\\'t be shorten。 Nowadays， we spend lots of time staying in front of a TV just changing the channels， while we have no time to talk with a good friend or play with our family。 We have plenty of time to search old news on the internet， while we hardly think about our life。 In the end， the only thing apparent is our loneliness。
Take your time， please。 Try to follow the natural steps and have your own clock。 Try to share your time with everybody you love， share your mind， your happiness and sadness。 Try to read the world we live in， do not only catch a quick glimpse at the society。

作为老师，每天面对性格各异的几十名学生；作为母亲，每天面对调皮淘气的儿子。加上教育理论的缺失，导致教育孩子到了瓶颈阶段。于是，我重拾《改变孩子先改变自己》这本书。《改变孩子先改变自己》这本书是好爸爸贾容韬教子手记，手把手地教我们教育孩子的方法。读后有一种豁然开朗、恍然大悟的感觉。
第一章的主题是《改变孩子先改变自己》，他从七个方面阐述了自己的观点。第一，家长要抓住教育的“机遇”。特别是孩子犯错误后，最需要家长的理解支持与帮助。孩子犯错，是家庭教育的最佳时期，如果处理得法，会收到事半功倍的效果。特别是犯了不可饶恕的大错时。第二，如何和孩子成为“哥们儿”。他告诉我们，寻找和孩子共同的话题、共同语言和共同爱好，和孩子共同成长，这样，就能从横眉冷对的敌人，变成情趣相投的“哥们儿”。第三，创造1+1》2的合力。家长和学校之间建立良好的沟通，把家庭教育作为学校教育的延伸、弥补和强化，往往会事半功倍。他告诉我们，要尊重老师，赏识肯定老师的付出，虚心地向老师学习，进而和老师探究教育。并对孩子的教育要有坚定的信念。第四，帮孩子戒网瘾。越是控制，越是渴望。沉迷网络的处理方式让他放开玩，实际上是对孩子玩网络游戏兴趣的弱化，是釜底抽薪的举措。把选择权交给孩子，也是对孩子的理解、尊重和信任。第五，信心创造奇迹。坚如磐石的信念是产生奇迹的原动力。愿望是成功的一半，教育孩子的成败是家长潜意识期待的结果，如果对孩子充满信心，他一定会朝着你期望的方向发民。第六，做父母亲是件幸福的事。一个人要具有认识幸福的智慧，特别是男人，应该是制造幸福的人。倾听、理解、共情是幸福。第七，孩子引领我成长。西方有一位哲人说：“孩子是人类的父亲。”其实“孩子是父母的老师。”以平等的姿态和孩子对话，你就能和孩子成为朋友；如果以仰视的姿态和孩子对话，孩子就能成为你的老师。
通过这部分内容的学习，我彻底改变了“我是大王”的教育态度，多站在孩子的角度想问题，蹲下来和孩子交流，尽量了解孩子的兴趣和爱好等等。这样，不仅对教育儿子有利，同时受益的还有学生。
