A mountain about two miles away from here is beautiful and it is worth touring. We can go there on foot. 与此同时，作为新员工的你，也许会产生这样一种困惑：如何才能更快地融入林达?今天我们就来为你解答这个问题。答案，归纳起来就一句话：像江河汇入大海一样!江河汇入大海就要适应海的味道和波澜。新人就应该像江河一样，积极融入到公司的汪洋当中，成为一朵浪花。那么，如何更好地融入公司的这片汪洋大海呢?在此，谨向你们提几点建议：
第一，要有一个良好的心态。每一个企业的成功，都有它的理由。新人进入新的环境，最主要的是认同企业的成功，并做好自己的角色转换。如何在最短的时间内完成角色转换，这是新员工们需要思考的第一个问题。任何事情都有两面性，每一件发生在企业内部的事情，因人们的思想、价值观的不同，呈现出最起码的两面性，积极的、消极的。相信林达的新员工一定会把每一个困难都当作是一种锻炼、一种成长。你的发展方向完全取决于你的心态。
我们发现一个现象，新人在企业里头，最希望获得的是“公平”，但事实上绝对的人人“公平”即是不公平，只有在勤奋、努力者面前，机会才是均等的，才是公平的。生活的评价，有时会有误差，但决不至于黑白颠倒，差之千里。所以，我们应该在寻求公平之前，先问问自己：“今天我努力工作了吗?”
第二，给自己一个正确的评价和定位。这对自己绝对是相当有益的。有成功的想法固然是好的，但在此之前先想想自己能够做什么，喜欢做什么，还需要提升什么能力，未来自己能够给企业带来什么。去掉一些不切实际的幻想，脚踏实地，机会总会降临的。
新员工要融入企业，还要保持一颗谦虚的心，在新的环境中，乐于聆听、观察和发问，多吸取上级领导和周围同事身上的优点和，如此，才会让自己快速进步。
在新员工的培训当中，我们经常着重提出要让自己尽快了解企业制度和文化，了解自己在企业中所处的位置，明确自己的职权关系，明白自己什么可以做，什么不可以做，这样才不会在以后的工作中犯错误。总之，虚心请教、认真负责的员工，是会特别受欢迎的。
第三，把林达当作你自己的事业，为自己的人生打拼。珍惜现有的工作岗位，把公司当作自己实现理想抱负的平台，你就已经是公司的老板，已经和公司融为一体了。一个能发挥主人翁心态，以公司为荣，维护企业利益的员工，是一定会被企业认同的。
