星期天，在大们的带领下，我们牛通社的小们来到了浙江教育职业技术学院，我们在信息学院进行了光纤熔接体验、在海运学院进行了求生技能体验、在航空学院进行了航模操控体验、在路桥学院进行了古桥制作体验……丰富多彩的活动让我收获多多。
最难忘的是求生技能体验，先由一位男老师为我们进行消防安全培训，他向我们介绍了四种灭火器：干粉、二氧化碳、水雾、泡沫，并演示了水雾灭火器。调整好朝向火苗的位置喷射就可以了，绝不能用手触碰胶管，因为低温会冻伤。演示完后，老师让我们摸了摸胶管，的确像冰块一样冷。我们体验的则是干粉灭火器，干粉喷射时胶管可以随意触碰移动，因为它并不冷。轮到我了，我用手重重地压下去，一放开干粉就立刻喷出来，像蛋糕上的奶油一样，真好玩。
然后是一位女老师为我们进行心肺复苏培训，地下躺着一个半身模型，设定是落水者，老师说要用双手十指交叉，按压他的胸口，按照人工呼吸两次、按30下的.方法交替进行，而且按的时候要保持一分钟100下的频率。我用老师教的方法试了试，老师夸我做得好，我心里美滋滋的。我觉得这种急救方法的学习很实用，如果下次有人发生意外事故的时候我一定会挺身而出，用今天学到的知识去帮助别人。
