绿川幸是我最喜爱的日本漫画家之一。他的漫画作品大多以短篇为主，构思巧妙，因而拥有众多漫迷。

The comic book mainly talks about that the hero Xiamuguizhi has a special ability to see the bogies. He is unsociable because his parents are dead. And he often lives in his relatives' home when he is a little boy and his friends at his age always tease him because he has a special ability. Although he experiences many unfortunate things, he is still very kind and without complaint at anyone. Eventually he is adopted by a couple who is very friendly and let him go to high school. One day, He is pursued by a bogie and hid in a shrine. He breaks a powerful bogie‘s seal whose name is Ban. And that involves her grandmother Xiamulingzi’s relics--a contract that sigh with the bogies. Since then, this powerful bogie turns itself into a cat in daily life to stay with Xiamu to protect him with the condition that Xiamu should give the contract to it after he die. But before that Xiamu decides to try his best to give the name in the contracts to the bogies and let them get free. Thus, a loving, touching, scary story is opened up.

《夏目友人帐》主要讲述了男主人公夏目贵志拥有可以看到妖怪的特殊能力。因为父母双亡他的性格较为孤僻，并且由于他具有特殊的能力，他常辗转在于亲戚之间并被同龄人欺负。虽然他经历了许多不幸，但他依旧有好善良没有埋怨任何人。最终他被有好善良的藤原夫妇收养并进入高中。有一天，他被妖怪追赶躲进神社，不小心打破了一只强大妖怪斑的封印。并牵涉到了他祖母夏目玲子的'遗物—一本同妖怪签订的契约书。之后，这只强大的妖怪平时便变成猫的样子待在夏目身边保护他，但是他的条件是夏目后要把这本契约书给它。但在此之前夏目决定尽其所能把契约书上的名字还给妖怪们让它们得到自由。由此，一个个温馨、感人、惊险的故事就此展开。

今天的心理健康教育片我想我应该来说是看得比较仔细的。本片以心理健康教育概述，心理健康教育与素质教育，心理健康教育内容三大部分为重点，还介绍了中学生的心理特点、人际心理、青春期心理等几大心理特征。著名的希腊文学家比尔斯曾经写过一本关于心理健康的书，名叫《一颗失而复得的心》，这本书一经出版后，立即引起了社会的强烈反响，也使人们正确认识到了心理这样的一个名词。随即，在1908年的5月，美国成立了全球第一个社会心理机构，为人们提供心理辅导，当时也就有了心理医生这样的一个新生物。在1984年一份社会调查上显示（对苏浙两省1095名青少年），在1095名青少年中，有16.53%的学生心理存在问题，现在孩子的心理教育已经成为了一个社会化的问题。80年代以来全国各大中小学都开展了健康教育这一门课。

在几年前，中国的一位小姑娘，她叫梁宽，她代表中国参加了国际儿童基金会在荷兰所组织的活动。到了会场，她发现会场上空飘扬的旗帜竟然没有中国的国旗，她非常的气愤，当即与活动的组委会进行交涉，可当时组委会并没有把中国国旗给挂上去。在晚宴上，梁宽对着众人说，如果组委会再不把国旗给悬挂上去，那她就用把餐桌上的白布染红，来做一面国旗。组委会后来对此事特别的震惊，当即派人把中国国旗悬挂在了会场的上空。这时，梁宽的脸上终于露出了笑容。通过这件事，我知道了心理健康教育里的德育教育能帮助学生走向新的政治方向，能有一颗爱国心。

心理健康教育的内容有心理辅导，能解决同学们的心理问题，心理辅导能调动人际关系、自我的'心理辅导、升学辅导，其中升学辅导是人生中最重要的一步。还有情绪心理辅导，现在的青少年心理极不稳定，又容易冲动，这样的辅导能帮助同学们培养社会化的情感，意志心理辅导，性心理辅导等内容。

现在的青少年还有着强烈的崇拜心理，崇拜某个明星、歌手……对于这一现象青少年不可盲目崇拜，下面我就讲一个故事，大家一起思考一下：2003年6月21日，大连一个姓刘的女同学在家中上吊自，其原因仅仅是因为她是张国荣的忠实歌迷，她像母亲要钱买CD，母亲没有给还训了她几句，就有了先前所说的那一幕，让人十分的悲痛，母亲悲痛欲绝后又深思那番话怎么对女儿有那么大的刺激呢？再看看一则数据吧，在100个中学生中，对于偶像特别崇拜的竟占了50%，而一般崇拜的也有30%，只有可怜的20%的不怎么崇拜明星偶像，这祥的现象值得我们深思！

我们这个年龄的同学可能都有这样的一种想法，小时侯，都感觉父母是那么的完美，但是长大后只看到父母的缺点，觉得他们罗嗦，跟他们没话说。小明是某重点中学的学生，一天他上学去了，父亲在收拾房间时发现他的抽屉没有关好，把抽屉打开看了一下，发现里面有儿子的，上面写着我感到父母现在很罗嗦，真的很烦，又没有玩的时间，没有自由，正在这时小明回来了，看见父亲在看他的日记，责问父亲为何翻看他的日记，这是他的隐私，父亲说我养了你十几年了，你还跟我说隐私啊……像这类似的事情在社会上时有发生，那我们又该如何面对呢？

通过影片的观看，使我知道了一个人心理的好坏，对于一个人来说有着至关重要的作用，调节好自己的心态，才能自己成为真正的强者，相信自己。
