7、天气好的时候鼓励孩子坚持锻炼身体，尽量多安排一些户外活动，并每天保证孩子的饮水量。

9、鼓励孩子自己的事情自己做，如自己穿衣、吃饭、自己整理玩具、书籍等等，并留下照片作为记录。
