制度创新，让我们的生活更进步。
据史书记载，东汉时期，我国地震活动频繁，几十年里发生较大的.地震都有20几次，正是这个原因，促使张衡花很大的力量综合了当时的先进技术，反复研究，终于创制了人类历史上多用途测震仪。它的诞生比现代地震仪早1700多年。地动仪的设计和施工，确实是当时第一流的。反映了我国东汉时期的科学技术和水平。建国以来，我国的科学技术有了很大的发展，试看：三峡大坝电站的电流已照亮近半个中国；青藏铁路的修建，必将大大促进当地的经济发展；当今世界最大的水利工程“南水北调工程”的宏伟蓝图也已徐徐展开；“神舟”六号载人航天飞机也已圆满成功……
历史发展已经证明，核心技术不可能从别人那里买来，核心竞争力不可能从外部得到：要想在国际竞争中不受制于人，必须依靠自主创新。创新，需要社会鼓励创新，尊重创新，保护创新。不断创新，事关全局，任重道远，把创新和发展有机地统一起来，在创新中追求发展，在发展中促进创新，这样的创新才有时代价值，才有光明的前景。
我相信，我们的祖国是不断发展和创新的，我们的祖国也一定会更加繁荣富强！

例如，发明造纸术的是西汉劳动人民。但是东汉劳动人民在继承西汉造纸技术后，又有所改进、发展和提高。蔡伦在之前古代文献中所提到的纸，实际上只是漂丝的副产品。至和帝时，蔡伦组织人力、物力，经过研究创新，在前人漂絮和制造雏形纸的基础上总结提高，从原料和工艺上把纸的生产抽调到一个独立行业的阶段，用于书写，监制出一批精工于前世的良纸。成就了我国古代的四大发明之一———造纸术。正如：“创新是一个名族的灵魂，是一个国家兴旺发达不竭动力”但是盲目创新也会弄巧成拙，让人传为谈笑。君不见那邯郸学步的郑国人，总想学习别的步法，以便跟自己本国人走路方法不一样似乎是创新了，但是他的方法不对，动机不纯，不知道继承是什么意思做后落了个爬回去的下场。
我们要创新但是也要继承，两者相结合必定会成功。继承不是照搬照抄，而是加以合理的取舍；创新不是离开传统另搞一套，而是对原有事物合理部分的发扬光大。只创新不继承，认为以前的经验和传统已经完全过时，所以不用继承；或者只继承不创新，认为继承就是“原封不动”，完全照搬老经验，对新观念、新事物、新办法不愿接受和尝试，这两者都是极端的表现。在继承的过程中我们要学习古人好的一些方面值得我们学习继承的一些东西；任何完全抛开传统搞创新的，也必定是以失败告终。
创新是重要的，但是继承同样是重要的。你要想获得成功，继承和创新是必不可少的。“问渠那得清如许，为有源头活水来。”没有了继承便是无源之水，而没有了创新便是一潭水，只有在继承的基础上创新，才会真的“清如许”了。

I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.
