For many years people have used the strength of these poweful animals to move trees and heavy logs. 让我给大家讲一个故事吧!
一位老太太在楼上晾衣服，不小心失手把衣架掉到楼下去了，正好砸在一个过路人的头上。
过路人很生气，捂着脑袋上被砸起的大包，那着衣架跑上楼准备要和肇事者讲理。他到楼上，正好撞见这位老太太。老太太笑容可掬地说;“真是的，让我楼下自己去捡就是了，还劳您费心给我送上来，多谢了!”
过路人愣了半天也没想出一句合适的话来回答。
为什么最后过路人会愣住呢?这是因为老太太说得那一句话“让我楼下自己去捡就是了，还劳您费心给我送上来，多谢了!”就这么一句平平常常的话，让本想与肇事者讲理的过路人一时语塞。
如果当时老太太拿起衣架就走人，你可以想象事情的发展，老太太和过路人一定会用拳头解决问题的。
这就是交流的魔力。如果用平静的心、乐观的态度与人交流、沟通，你将会受到与众不同的效果。
