高二年级，在所有领导、老师和同学们的齐心努 力下，在您的大力配合下，基本实现年级的稳定和发展。针对高二年级的现状和特点，和您沟通以下几点想法：
一、高二年级是学生人生成长的重要阶段，不仅仅要获得知识的全面提升，更重要的是成长为人格健全的人，成长 为能够正确评价自己、很好与人相处的人。如果不能真正认识这一点，那么一个学生很难获得全面的发展。有一些学生 之所以出现一系列的问题，不是不想成为好学生，而是自我中心意识太强，把自己的意识超越于集体之上，没有自律精 神，不懂得如何更好地与人相处。埋怨别人多了，抱怨环境多了，一个人很可能成为一个凡是挑毛病，而自己无所作为 的人。每个人生命中其实都有两个人，一个是自己梦想成为的人，一个是现状中的自己，每个人的人生都是寻梦的过程。 但我们必须立足于现实，不断克服自己的缺陷，走向自己梦想中的人，否则便滑向生活的另一面。
二、关注孩子长远目标与阶段目标的设定与施行。 对高二学生来说至少关注明年 6 月的毕业会考目标和再往后一年的高考目标。一个人没有目标便没有努力的方向， 也便没有动力去实现自己。无论是毕业会考还是高考，面对它们，结果诚然很重要，但是过程中形成的意志、品格、韧 性、眼光更是使孩子们受益一生的财富。成绩决不是唯一的收获。但不同的过程某种意义上已注定了一定的.结果。
