昨天放学回家，一推门，一股香气扑鼻而来。这是从什么地方吹来的呀？——原来我家的那盆水仙花竟开了七朵小白花。
水仙的根静静的浸在水里，好像在洗澡似的，而且是那样的细那样的白，像一个厨师拉出来的龙须面，放在水里，它们或长或短，相互交错。
水仙的茎非常像蒜，但比蒜更白更嫩，一个个挨在一起，但并不拥挤。躲在下面的花头与上面的花头相比，既不饱满也不鲜亮，但却默默无闻地承担上面给予的沉重与压力，就像朋友之间，不能想约束别人，而要以宽宏大量的心来对待朋友。
往上看就是水仙的叶子了，叶子又细又长，用手轻轻地抚摸，可摸到它们的纹路和丝丝凉意，好像摸到了平静的水面。叶根是浅绿的，中间是嫩绿的，到了叶尖就是翠绿色的。那色彩如翡翠一般鲜亮，条条的叶子像纤纤玉指，还像仙子身上的飘带，更像仙子的美丽秀发。在色如翡翠的绿叶之上，是纯洁、亮丽、优雅的比白云还白的小花，它们像雪花、像阳光、像星星，还更像一场甜蜜的梦。花儿有六片花瓣，花瓣薄得吹弹可破，花芯是金黄的，圆圆的，像一个盛满香甜而又可口的美酒的酒杯。花蕊里有三个细细的、白中透绿的小柱子，上面托着一个金色的花粉，像小星星，又像魔术棒一样。怪不得大家把这种水仙都叫“玉台金盏”。
水仙花的花期短暂，但它是珍惜生命的每一分每一秒，认认真真地开放。它的生命打破了冬日的沉寂，而它只需一勺清水，就可以生活，多么让人感动啊！
