For thousands of years, animals have trodden a slow path, their spirits together with the body. But our human being's transportation is too fast. The body moves but the soul is left behind. We try to free ourselves in convenience, but we only imprison the soul. Since we invented how to count hours, we do everything to short the time, short the deadline. But the time saved can't be shorten. Nowadays, we spend lots of time staying in front of a TV just changing the channels, while we have no time to talk with a good friend or play with our family. We have plenty of time to search old news on the internet, while we hardly think about our life. In the end, the only thing apparent is our loneliness.
Take your time, please. Try to follow the natural steps and have your own clock. Try to share your time with everybody you love, share your mind, your happiness and sadness. Try to read the world we live in, do not only catch a quick glimpse at the society.Someday, when we know how to spend every second in our life, we can then live our own life.

One day, Paula and Richard decided to make a kite.
First they went out and found two straight sticks of the same length. They brought them back home and tied them with a piece of string into the shape of a cross. Then they took some string and used it to tie the four ends of the sticks together. Then, they spread some brightly coloured paper over the frame and glued it around the string.They stuck a tail made of paper to one of the corners, and tied a long string to the centre of the kite.
On the next windy day, they took the kite to a hill near their house and flew it.

“放学喽，放学喽!”现在是16点40分，妈妈下班是17点30分，太好啦!
我有一部手机，供我打电话和发微信。里面有一个“百度”，可以看一些视频。我回到家，把作业和文具盒摆在书桌上，迫不及待的拿出手机。可又想了想，我是玩儿还是不玩儿呢?玩儿得话，作业可能写不完，会被妈妈揍;不玩得话，作业早早地写完，妈妈有可能会让我看一会儿电视呢，我还是先写一点吧。我翻出数学黄岗迅速地把它写完。然后就高高兴兴的用“百度”搜到“狙击手麦克的视频”，津津有味儿地看了起来，还把音量调到最小，耳朵竖的直直的像雷达一样，随时听着妈妈下班回来时，关闭电动车的“啾啾”声，真有种“眼观六路，耳听八方”的架势。
五点了，好了，不能看了，不看了，赶快写作业……对了，“狙击手麦克”玩过“和平精英团队竞技4v4”没呀?找找……哎呀!五点十分了，不看了，不看了，……咦!下面有一个“老撕鸡”，“老撕鸡”是谁?点开看看……没有忍住，又看到了五点四十。不看了，不看了!“吱――”的一声，门开了，我动作娴熟的点了一下退出，快速关掉手机，把手机原封不动地放回原位。妈妈看了一眼我做完的作业，又说了句“真棒”，就转身给我做饭去了。
有一次，我在看视频。当妈妈的电动车在楼下发出“啾啾”的声音时，我才想起作业这回事儿。我心惊肉跳，以迅雷不及掩耳之势假装淡定地写作业，可我心里却是十五个吊桶打水――七上八下。妈妈看了一眼我正在写的作业，“阎子翼，把头抬起来看着我”妈妈严肃地说。“我写作业呢，看你干吗?”我很是心惊胆战。“四点半都放学了，现在六点钟，一个半小时，数学黄岗才写了半面，你干什么了?”
我抬起头，眼珠子到处转悠，哪敢直视妈妈。妈妈看了一眼我红肿的眼睛，又摸了一下，像发高烧一样的滚烫滚烫的手机。妈妈顿时勃然大怒，“给你配手机，是让你自己在家时方便给爸妈联系的，不是让你玩儿得，一个人连自己的行为都无法控制，还能办成什么事儿?抛弃时间的人，时间也会抛弃他!”妈妈把手机重重地扔在床上。我偷瞄一眼妈妈，她气得满脸通红，做了一个深呼吸，向厨房走去，还得给我这个“饿鬼”做饭。
那晚我作业写到十点。我哈欠连天，眼泪像泉水一样向外涌，上下眼皮像两片磁铁，我瞌睡得头昏脑胀……哎!我以后一定要控制自己的行为，不玩手机!“物有本末，事有终始”，我要做好时间的主人，做一个好孩子。

一说起磨蹭，妈妈的唠叨可就来劲了，因为我有三大磨蹭病：上厕所慢;写作业慢;吃饭慢。妈妈那“快，快，快……”的催促声时时萦绕在我耳旁。
一天，妈妈带我去书城买书。忽然，她像发现了新大陆似的，捧着一本书欣喜地朝我走来：“鱼儿，我终于找到可以治愈你磨蹭病的良药了!”原来妈妈手里拿着一本《不磨蹭才会效率高》的书。真的可以吗?回到家，我带着满肚子的疑惑立马看了起来。
我被书中的故事深深吸引了，爱不释手。文中有个跟我差不多大的女孩，叫李霖霖。她非常可爱，也活泼好动。但她有一个坏习惯，就是做事拖拉。于是，就有了霖霖因磨蹭而发生的一个个小故事。我最喜欢看的是《早晨的战斗》。故事在妈妈催促霖霖快点起床的叫喊声中拉开了序幕，第三遍催促声过后，霖霖不得不睁开了朦胧的睡眼，然后慢条斯理地穿衣、刷牙、洗脸。“呀，我的纸片宝宝怎么躺在地上啊，这可是要着凉的呀!”霖霖蹲下身子，一张一张小心翼翼地捡着小纸片，急得妈妈像母狮子似地吼叫，吓得爸爸打翻了一叠碗，家里真是乱成了一锅粥。最后，霖霖在国歌声中走进了教室。她，迟到了!看到这里，我情不自禁地脸红了，因为，这样的事也常常发生在我身上。
那是在我读二年级的时候。午饭后，妈妈叮嘱我做完五页的奥数作业，自己出门上班去了，我听话地做起作业来。突然，我想起两只小鸟还饿着肚子，于是就立刻起身。我把食物一撒，鸟儿就欢快地吃了起来，还叽叽喳喳地叫个不停，好像在说：“谢谢，谢谢!”我沉浸在清脆的鸟鸣声中，好一会儿才回过神来，继续做作业。整整一个下午的时间，我一会儿喝水，一会儿削笔，一会儿吃东西，事儿干了不少，可作业只做了两页。妈妈回来了，气得差点把作业纸撕成两半。她无可奈何地对我说：“时间一去不复返，你的拖拉病什么时候才能改呀?”
我读了这本书后，收获颇多，深深明白磨蹭病后患无穷，只有管理好自己的时间，才能把每一件事情做好。于是，我为自己制定了一张时间作息表贴在书桌旁，相信自己一定会严格按照这张表学习生活。一定会成为时间的小主人。
