在紧急情况下，有些小朋友摔跤而被别人踩导致伤亡，或者是说一个小朋友已经逃离危险场所，可是因为红领巾掉了又再次跑到危险区捡红领巾，这些种种行为都会发生可怕的踩踏事故
那么我们现在怎样知道事故的严重性呢。现在我们就进行一个游戏:游戏规则是那一块大玻璃做为分界线，一边站着一诺哥哥，一边是五个小朋友去推。就看到这个环节当中，我心里想:“究竟一诺能和小朋友的力量来抗衡吗?”我就带着这个问题继续看，后来知道当五位小朋友一个接着一个去推那个大玻璃，那么5名小朋友会产生127公斤。但是换一种方法，五位小朋友直接一起去推动玻璃，那时明显的力量会提升很多直达627公斤。所以，当紧急情况发生时，要遵守秩序，不能跑、吵闹等不良现象，会引起很严重的后果。
假如说我在这紧急情况下，突然睡觉，那你必须保护自己，那该怎保护呢?因为头和胸腔最容易受伤害，所以我们应该两个手也交叉放在后脑勺这个部位i，腿弯起来，然后用身体侧着躺下。
这次的大讲堂，使我受益匪浅，让我懂得在紧急情况下怎么保护自己，更能让我意识到自身的安全是多么重要

晚上，我几乎都和妈妈坐在沙发上看湖南卫视《新闻大求真》节目。这个节目主要是针对网络传言进行求证，以科学的实验来证明传言的真伪。今天看的《新闻大求真》是一对夫妻同时患上了肺炎，住进了医院。经过医生的询问，才知道是他们的空调一天24小时开着，空调过滤器上的灰尘，经过长时间的沉淀，形成了细菌，被他们吸进了肺里，时间长了，他们就患上了肺炎。两位实验员走访了街上的群众，大部分都没有清洗过空调过滤器。然后又请了专业清理师傅给他们讲解危害性。看完这个节目，我让妈妈把我家的空调打开看看，哇塞!好脏。我决定要和妈妈一起清洗过滤器。节目中说至少一个月就要清洗一次，到时候我会提醒妈妈。看完这个节目，我懂得了人的生命只有一次，我们要从健康做起。
