3.评课有教育科研的功能和带动学校教育科研水平提高的作用，
评课是教学研究活动中极为重要的一环，不论是哪一级组织的公开课、研究课，还是随堂听课，课后都要组织教师对授课人的课堂教学作评价或个别交换意见，其目的是通过评课找出授课教师课堂教学中成功和不足，使教师在教学中不断改进方法，不断提高教师的课堂教学水平和教学业务能力。

从教十几年以来，我一直在思考怎样让教师自我在专业发展道路上能够成长更快。我觉得评课是一个很好的途径。
学会评价和分析课堂教学的质量，运用科学的方法了解自己和他人的长处及不足，有利于教师改进自己的教学，在课堂教学中增加学生的知识，发展学生的潜力和创造力。
我觉得通过评课，一方面可以调动教师的工作积极性，帮助和指导自己不断总结教学，提高教学水平，促使自己由经验向专业转变。另一方面，可以促使自己改变教学观念，以学生为主，让学生的各方面得到锻炼和提高。
