最近身体好吗？我可想您了！
屈指一算，您也有几年没回家了吧，现在酒泉的变化可大了呢！
在鼓楼的东面，建成了东方明都。它的造型古典而不失宏伟，内容包括横店影视，水上乐园等商业区，人们来来往往，好不热闹！
在鼓楼的南面，原先的小吃街也变了模样。街口建了一座具有古典风格的大门，上面有一块匾，题着“汉唐美食街”五个大字。当你漫步在繁华的美食街上，这里的一切都是那么赏心悦目，就像走进了一座汇集古今中外的建筑殿堂。从街口的'诗柱雕塑，到街面上不同风格的店面装饰，无不让人感到建筑艺术的魅力。
当然，随着中国科技事业的不断发展，酒泉近年来的高科技产业也在飞速运行着。
刚刚建成的风力发电场就坐落在酒泉，一架架乳白色的风车就像一个个巨人，屹立在广袤的戈壁滩上，连绵不绝。每架风车都有0层楼房那么高，底座直径近米，巨大的风车叶片在海风的推动下徐徐地转动，挺拔的身姿、整齐的动作多像参加检阅的仪仗队啊！
随着我国航空事业的不断创新，酒泉的卫星发射中心的知名度也逐渐提高。在航天城的入口处，弱水河缓缓流过。在这条以祁连山融雪为源头的小河沿岸，杨树和灌木逐水而生，簇拥出了荒漠里的一带绿洲。
在这一片绿洲旁边，就是久负盛名的酒泉卫星发射基地。走进它，宇航路，问天阁，飞天宾馆，神舟宾馆，以及街道两旁广告栏中的一位位“两弹元勋”的形象，都似乎在告诉新来的客人：这里的一切，都是属于航天的。就连街上的路灯，也做成了火箭托举“神舟”飞向太空的造型。这是上任发射场系统总指挥张建启亲手设计的。在这位为飞天事业操劳多年的老航天眼里，那是世界上最美的姿态。
姑姑，我猜您一定想不到，半个世纪前，地处沙漠边缘的这块地区还是一片荒漠戈壁。直到98年0月0日，中国酒泉卫星发射中心在这里组建。它才成为了我国组建最早、规模最大的综合性火箭、卫星发射试验中心，也是目前我国唯一的载人航天发射场。
看到这里，您是不是有回来看看的冲动呢？外面的风景再优美，也比不上家乡美啊！姑姑，我说了这么多，都不如您亲自回来看看，到时候我一定会是一个称职的小导游的！
