上了送我们去的大巴，我们就热热闹闹的准备出发了。到了两岸三度大家纷纷下车，一窝蜂似的冲向了大门，过了一会就蹦蹦跳跳地跟着教官向前走，在教官的指导下戴上装备。教官把圆钩子钩上最高的'粗钢丝上。在通过时要慢，不可以超越自己前面的人，不然自己的保险带就会和别人的保险带缠在一起。
我最喜欢的是＂浮桩桥＂和＂自投罗网＂，＂浮桩桥＂就是一块块浮起来的木头，人们要在浮起来的木头桩上一步一步的走过去，我原以为这种桥很容易通过，结果上起的时候才发觉非常难走。我一踏上浮动的木桩，木桩就摇晃起来，连着相近其它木桩也跟着摇晃，原来这些木桩都是用绳子串在一起的，牵一发动全身。我突然想起公园里也有类似的木桩，走这个＂浮桩桥＂就跟走公园里的木桩一样。我就按照我在公园里走木桩的方法，我抓住绳索，让木桩不再摇动，再轻轻踩上木桩。果然，木桩不再摇晃，我觉得身轻如燕，不一会儿我就通过了这座桥。
＂自投罗网＂就是把两个人的保险带挂同一个钩子上，两个人一起用力蹬开，两个人就顺着钢绳从高的一头滑到低的一头，在低的一头放着一个＂大沙发＂，两个人就向着＂大沙发＂撞去。我和陈奕谙一组，我们俩紧紧的抱住对方，双腿用力一蹬，我们就像小鸟一样向着＂大沙发＂冲去。
回到了家，心思还在两岸三度!今天我的收获很多，有快乐、有面对困难的勇气。当自己面临困难时，知道因该用自的智慧去解决困难。
