我五岁那年，有一天，爷爷教我种石榴，他先把种子放进土里，浇水，施肥，几天后竟然张苗了。爷爷还对我说：“小苗长大后，还能结果子呢，到时候，我们就能吃石榴了。”我心想：种石榴长石榴，那么我把鸡腿种在土里，那不就会长出一棵鸡腿树了吗?到时候，我就有吃不完的炸鸡腿了!想得我口水直流。
说干就干，我跑回家，从冰箱里拿出一个油腻腻的大鸡腿，把它种在土里，再把土填满后浇水，施肥，天天做着吃鸡腿的美梦。
一天过去了，我来到花盆旁，看见鸡腿还没有长苗。心想：可能是鸡腿太大了，需要时间吧。
又过了一天，鸡腿依然没有动静，我感到很奇怪，把土翻开一看，呀!我的鸡腿怎么只剩骨头了?我伤心地哭了起来：“哇!我的鸡腿……“爷爷听见了，连忙跑过来问：”怎么了?”我把事情的经过说给爷爷听。爷爷听了后捧腹大笑，摸着我的头对我说：“傻孩子，只有植物才能种，鸡腿又不是植物，是种不出结果的。我听了后方才恍然大悟。
我一想到童年的这件趣事就忍不住笑了起来。

这件事已经过去了好多天了，但是我仍然不能忘记，仔细一想，这都不是自己吓自己吗？自然界根本就没有鬼神，我当时为什么就这样害怕呢？我想我已经是四年级的大孩子了，我渐渐的懂得了遇事要冷静，不要自己吓自己的道理。

I still unlucky on my friend’s party. In the morning, I wanted to get up early but I woke up at 10:50. After ten minutes, the party would start! 轮到我们家了,我性子急,第一个去买彩票,心里挺紧张,看着这么多彩票。不知该抽哪一张好。不管那么多了,我闭上眼睛,从彩票堆里小心地捏出一张,撕开一看——"空门"。我摇摇头 把它放在一边,又摸了一张 还是"空门"真扫兴。就这样,我接二连三的摸“空门”,一连摸了五六张,什么奖也没得到,我彻底丧失了信心,只好让爸爸上场。妈妈和我的心都悬了起来,就走到远处等候着。忽然"一个叔叔从一条队伍跑出来,对外面大声喊:"中了 我中了……"看着他高兴的样子,我的心跳得更快了,心里默默地说:"爸爸,一定要给我们全家带来好运气。"就在这个时侯,爸爸向我们笑眯眯地走过来,手里还推着一辆崭新的"金狮"牌自行车呢我心中的那块大石头终于落下。爸爸真不愧是我们家的当家人。
我们家学到了摸彩的甜头,但是妈妈还没上场。于是,我和爸爸怂恿妈妈去试一试。妈妈答应了,排起了队,我和爸爸在一旁"助阵",我希望妈妈能再为我们家添一样用品。轮到妈妈了,妈妈虽说不常摸彩票,但她一点也不慌,盯着彩票看了看,果断地从彩票堆里抽出一张,很自信地撕开,啊,不是"空门",大家急忙跑到公布栏前一对照,妈妈中了一台微波炉,我们家正缺这个,我高兴地在旁边跳了起来。
