9月29日我校开始了新教师教学视导，我在二年级6班进行了《一封信》的课堂教学。这篇课文的主要任务是让学生学会写“封、新、今、写”等10个生字，并且会认读“削、锅、朝”等17个生字。课前我让学生进行了预习，学生对认读的生字基本都会读。这篇课文对于二年级学段的学生来说，存在一定的难度。再加上篇幅较长，而且改编自外国文章，语言风格和叙事结构不同于母语课文，给教和学都增加了不少难度。
我首先从课文的生字入手，解决了基本的生字才能够读通课文并理解课文内容。生字教学我一部分采用了随文识字的办法，另一部分采用了集中识字的方法，让学生注意字的读音、笔画顺序以及书写等问题。接着我让学生初步朗读课文，大致了解一下课文的主要内容。文章主要是围绕露西给在国外工作的爸爸写的两封信展开的，我首先从为什么要写信给爸爸的问题引导，接着让学生回答文中主人公写了几封信，从第一封信开始讲解。我让学生分析第一封信的内容，并试图让他们总结出露西写第一封信的心情——伤心、难过。学生们可以从文章中的话语感觉出主人公的心情，然后我联系生活实际，让学生们谈一谈如果自己的爸爸不在身边心情会怎么样，学生们积极踊跃发言，表达自己的感受。在讲解课文内容时，出现曾经学习过类似的句子，我让学生回忆之前学过的内容，并进行口头表达练习。
学生在上课时，注意力较为集中，回答问题积极，但也还是有个别同学有坐姿不端正的问题，我也走到身边进行了提醒。本节课的教学任务基本完成，也留下时间让孩子们进行生字的写字练习。当然本节课也存在一些不足，在黑板上用田字格写生字的时候，板贴的高度不够，可能后面的学生会看不到。另外在让学生朗读课文的时候，没有提出具体的阅读要求。我对学生回答问题后的评价语还存在一些不足，在今后的教学过程中我一定会弥补不足，积极向各位前辈老师求教。

走进了一个新的学校里、我不再是那个不懂事的小女孩，我从一个幼稚的小女孩慢慢的`走向成熟，走完了第一条人生道路，我又来到了一个新的起点，开始我新的旅途。为我的明天创造一片辉煌的天空，为我的未来打造一座新的城堡，里面是我的知识宝库，里面也仿佛有我的对手在对我说：“进来啊，凭你的本事踏进这座城堡啊！里面有你想要的东西，有本事就进来啊！”一句句想魔鬼般的话语，吸引着我，让我有勇气走向光明大道，不惧怕眼前的困难，一步一步朝着那座一直吸引着我的城堡靠近。一步一步去接受挑战。
我们也许会遇到各种不幸，但是，我不会因为一点点困难而退缩，我要克服困难，这样我才能站在最高的山峰上，望着正在往上爬的人群，为自己而感到骄傲和自豪！！
站在了一个新的起点上，告别了以前的困难，但是却要面对新的困难，只要我们相信，努力就会成功！“失败是成功之母”，鼓励自己不断向前克服一切困难，相信自己一定会成功。那时，你回头看看自己所走过的路是多么的漫长，多么的不容易。你便会自豪的为自己鼓掌，为自己而骄傲。
新的起点冒出不同的人才，突出自己的个性，一显自己的风采，这些不正是你应该做的吗？不管你以前怎么样，你只要想着只是一个新起点，意味着新的开始，别害怕，勇敢地向前走，就一定会成功的。

I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.

本次教研课，我上的是部编二年级上册中的第6课《一封信》。这是一篇生动有趣的儿童故事。用极具生活化的语言讲述了露西在妈妈的指导下给出国在外的爸爸写信的事，传达出妈妈的教育智慧。全文篇幅较长，旨在让学生在阅读中识字，了解信的内容，感受故事表现的浓浓亲情。本课的教学目标是：
1、正确认读16个生字，会写10个生字。
2、正确、连贯朗读课文。
3、借助不同的提示语和标点读出不同的语气。
这篇课文重点应在前后两封信在朗读时语气语调的区别上。本课分为两个课时，这节课为一课时。
一课时中，我首先带领生扫清字词障碍，在做这一步时，孩子们分多种形式读记，但是识字的方法较单一。在落实字、词的基础上初读课文，明确露西一共写了几次信（两次）。第一次和第二次信的内容分别在哪个自然段，用“——”和“～～～”勾画出来。指导学生掌握提取信息的方法，并提高准确率。
在课堂中，适时运用游戏吸引学生注意力，培养小老师、注重积极性的培养。需要改进的地方也还有很多，比如在写字板块中，没有范写的环节，展示评价不到位。学生的学习习惯还不够好。在以后的教学中，这些方面都应及时改进。

对于二年级学生来说，学习识字是非常重要的，在这篇文章中，有学生容易弄混的字，比如"修"和"鲜"这两个字，教学重点是引导学生将两封信的内容画出来并完整的读出来。
在第一课时的教学过程中，我运用了谈话趣味导入法，问大家有没有写过信，你们一般会告诉亲人什么事情来揭示课题。接下来就是引导学生学习生字，不足的是，在教学生字时，我只是让个别学生起来分享他的识字方法，说完之后就一带而过了，也没有让大家一起重复。后来我请教了师傅，他告诉我说好的方法应该一起分享，一个人说出了不一定其他同学都会，一定要让学生多说这样才能记忆的更牢固，我想了想确实是这样，熟能才能生巧，让学生动嘴给自己深刻印象在以后的书写过程中会立即反应出来这个字的构架。
在讲到"珠"这个字的时候，我引导学生可不可以换一个偏旁组成一个新的字的时候，有一个学生说出可以换成"铢"这个字，我当时直接说了一句没有这个字，就过去了，下来我查了查字典确实有这个字，顿时发现自己备课的时候不够充分，没有认真查阅相关资料，自己的`语文功底也不是很足所以犯下了这样的错误。这也给我了一个警钟，应该多阅读不断提高自己的语文素养，在备课的过程中要进行充分的预设和生成。
