冰心曾说，成功的花儿，人们只惊羡于她的明艳，并不知当初它的芽儿，浸透了辛勤的汗水。成功人士在人群中耀眼夺目，引人羡慕，却往往忽略了他在拼搏中的艰苦与付出。就像年级里的优等生，我们被他优秀的成绩震撼着，却忽视了他平日的努力。其实，他额头上的.汗水与头上桂冠上的宝石一样珍贵，正是努力与拼搏的汗水让他从攘攘学生中脱颖而出。
海是倒过来的天，天是会飞翔的海。换一个角度来看，缺点也可能成为优点，曾经毫无用处的东西也可能价值连城。
事物的价值在于它可能发挥出的作用，而不一定是它本身就具备的价值，精美的陶器珍贵无比，保护它的报纸与碎纸屑也同等重要与珍贵。

重构最理想的状态就是把态度和能力有机地结合和统一起来。当年中国国家足球队主教练米卢有一句名言叫做“态度决定一切”；时下许多领导在安排工作任务时也常对部属说“干不干是态度问题，干得好不好是能力问题”。上述两种说法，乍一听，似乎是有道理的。但仔细去琢磨一下，其意是态度是决定因素，态度比能力更重要，只要态度好，哪怕能力差一点，工作干不好也没问题了。诚然，这种观点是不全面的。比如中国足球队，态度好了就能决定一切、决定胜负？显然是不行的。所谓的态度，无非是对待训练、比赛要体现一种拚搏的精神，然而，没有高强的球技，态度再好，拚劲再足也是枉然的。工作也是这样，态度再好，工作能力不强，工作不能胜任，也是做不好工作的。无论做任何事情，态度与能力同等重要。作为事务的领导者、组织者，首先强调态度一定要积极，以高度负责的态度，以竭尽全力的态度去完成工作任务是正确的，因为思想是行为的先导，强调态度问题就是思想引导为先。但同时也要强调能力问题，不能因为忽视能力问题而影响全局工作。对个人而言，因能力问题完成不了任务，并不是个称职者，应发奋图强，努力提高自己的能力，以胜任本职工作。
