但是，若琳妈妈有她的担忧。晚餐时，我们坐在一起，聊了很长时间。
她说若琳是一个不会冷场并能带着别人一起玩的孩子。但她很容易急躁，情绪直白，常让别人不舒服，如果别人不符合她的期望，她就很着急，直接的说别人。若琳妈说，我提醒过她要注意对别人的态度。可是收效甚微。
我说，如果是我，我不会提醒她注意对待别人的态度。这对于孩子来说有点抽象。我可能会提醒她：并不是所有人都和你一样，你感觉很容易的东西别人可能很难，你已经很熟练的东西别人可能依然很陌生，你感觉理所当然的`事情别人可能有其自己的考虑。
若琳妈说，若琳有时候又很敏感，很在意我对她的态度，即便我什么也没说，只是看看她，她也会说，又怎么了，又不高兴了？我又没做错什么。
我说，这说明你对她的接纳可能还不够，尤其是对她的性格和常见的做法。事实上，任何一种性格都是中性的，有其长也必有其短。我们无法改变孩子的性格，但你可以教给孩子怎么使用自己的性格。
比如说，孩子情绪很非常外露且不好掩饰，那么我们在接受这种性格的同时，应该给提高她相应的和能力。比如，晚上当你掉队不超过一分钟时，若琳就非常惊慌和担忧，眼泪如断线珍珠簌簌而下，这时我们其实提醒她不必这么担忧和着急，妈妈可能就在离我们不足三十米的地方，可能就在很短的时间内出现在我们面前。而不是说她“干吗动不动就哭”。
人的命运由“命”和“运”构成，命是人生的格局，很难改变，但是运是我们的应对和把握，大有可为。比如你们家的房子，它的位置和面积是固定的，但是你可以装修和布置，可以很邋遢也可以很整洁，可以很别扭也可以很舒适，而且你还能修门前的路，可以在院子里栽种花草在房子里饲养金鱼或者白猫。同是一座房子，但却可以大不一样。
ps:父母对孩子接纳不够，常常是因为父母对自己不够接纳，父母对自己不够接纳又常常可以追溯到当初自己的父母对自己的不完全接纳。代际循环是人们成长的隐性线索。
