然而，在当今社会，知恩图报已离我们已经太遥远。父母的养育,师长的教诲, 他人的服务,大自然的赐予……很多人都已觉自然，都是应该的，是理所当然的，从来都没曾想过去回报，从来都没曾想过要回报。曾听到过这样一则新闻：有一个单亲母亲，为了让儿子过上好日子，能念上好学校，她起早摸黑摆地摊。自己舍不得吃，舍不得穿，看起来比同龄人老了十几岁。她的儿子不但不心疼、不感激他的妈妈，还处处嫌弃她，抱怨她。开家长会嫌她老，不让去。和同学碰到摆地摊的妈妈，他假装不认识。
有一次，妈妈病了没做饭，他一声不吭就走了。这样的儿子，怎么不让人痛心呢?像这样的例子还有很多很多，经常可以听到。也许家长们已习惯了付出，也许社会已足够宽容，但当“感恩”走近身边时，我们仍然禁不住感慨万千。 感恩是一种高尚的品德。会感恩是何等的珍贵，我们这个社会太需要这些了。只有学会了感恩，我们的孩子才能以友善之心对待他人，尊重他人的劳动。只有学会了感恩，我们的孩子才会更珍惜拥有的一切。
只有学会了感恩，我们的孩子才会有更远大的目标，才会更出人头地。 让我们都做一个感恩的人吧! 在我们身边，每天都有感恩的故事发生，如果用心去，时时都会有终生难忘的温馨。
天天都有感恩之心，是多么幸福、清净的境界，让我们都做一个学会感恩的人吧!

nowadays, we can see some boys and girls who live in a small world of their own. they bury themselves among books and are proud of themselves. they think that it will make them lose their face if they do housework for they often think themselves very noble.
these young people are wrong. in my opinion every student should have a knowledge of housework. after all, they will have a family of their own, and they should do their part in keeping a good home. boys should also learn to do housework, for what will they do if they remain single? though not all boys remain single,yet they will be very helpful in the family if they know some housework. anyhow they will not lose anything, but, on the contrary, they will gain something useful.
for what i said above, we can find some eamples of our fellow-students studying abroad. all young men do housework as girls do. someone would argue that we can employ servants. this is true.however, what shall we do if the servant leaves us and all things are left to ourselves? we just cannot leave our clothes as they are and let worms and ants eat them up. and what can we do it we go and study in a foreign country where servants are out our means to employ? we must work for ourselves. why not start to learn to do housework now or else it will be too late? everyone should learn to do housework. what do you think about my idea, boys and girls?

今天，我在电脑上看了《寻找最美孝心少年》颁奖典礼，我被一个个懂得感恩、懂得孝顺的少年深深感动!他们自强不息、奋发图强，用自己的双手，托起了一个家庭，托起他们的明天。在他们当中，我特别留意了一个与我同名的女孩——高雨欣。
她今年十一岁，长得高高瘦瘦的，扎着一根小辫子，在她八岁那一年，她的爸爸就离开了她们，她妈妈
的手残疾，因此不能做事，妹妹又太小，所以，她不仅要学习，还要照顾妈妈和妹妹。剩下的时间，她都会帮妈妈卖烧烤赚钱，她每天只有一两个小时的学习时间，尽管这样，她的学习成绩却一直很优秀，有一次，她妈妈为了奖励她考得好成绩，给她烤了一根香肠，她却不吃，说留起来卖钱，好给自己和妹妹交学费。看到这我不禁泪流满面。
再看看自己，自叹不如，不但不帮妈妈做家务，有时，还把家里搞得乱七八糟的，害的妈妈打扫的腰酸背疼，有时候还会跟妈妈顶嘴------。以后，我一定要改正自己：好好学习，孝顺父母，孝敬长辈，做一个听话、孝顺的好孩子。

One day, Paula and Richard decided to make a kite.
First they went out and found two straight sticks of the same length. They brought them back home and tied them with a piece of string into the shape of a cross. Then they took some string and used it to tie the four ends of the sticks together. Then, they spread some brightly coloured paper over the frame and glued it around the string.They stuck a tail made of paper to one of the corners, and tied a long string to the centre of the kite.
On the next windy day, they took the kite to a hill near their house and flew it.
