课间休息时间英语作文【一】
看《落叶归根》时，心里充斥的，是对现实社会人性回归的希望，影片中有那么多的角色，恪守着自己的信念和对别人的承诺。《离开雷锋的日子》让我看到了人性在立意冲击下发生的偏差，然而影片最后，青年志愿者的出现，仍让我看到希望。不管怎么说，这两部影片，都是在社会出现了道德问题时，给人们的警钟。而《今天我休息》则向我们展示了一个纯洁得像桃花源一样的人际关系，一个让我们现代人难以相信的社会风貌。
在中国历史上，这是一个特殊的时代，从小我们学习的历史课，对这个时期的描述，大都是负面的，只有在高中，才涉及到了一点该时期取得的成就。人民公社、大跃进。。。历史过多地强调着政治上的错误，却从来没有人给我们感性地讲述这个时期的社会风貌。我不敢像法官一样，去说“还历史一个公道”，但起码，影片让我们从另一个角度从新审视历史，让我们有机会从新认识历史。从政治的角度上讲，这或许是个有问题的时代，用时髦的话说，“极不符合科学发展观”，但正是这样的一个时代，给我们呈现出了一个与它的`历史“骂名”相违背的、一个让现代人都向往的社会氛围，一个像桃花源“阡陌交通，鸡犬相闻”式的社会。
主人公马同志，是这一时期的一个社会缩影。他不想雷锋，雷锋已然成了一个家喻户晓的社会典型，而马同志不是，他不是典型，像他这样的人，在影片中到处都是。“爱管闲事”的小组长，今日事今日毕的理发师，还有那些全体起立让座的公交乘客，太多太多。甚至那位骑“飞车”的同志，我们发现到最后他其实也是一位朴实热心的人。马同志知识代表了他们而已，在影片中，他用行动把这些人物串连起来罢了。他们之中的任何一个，或许都没有雷锋那样典型，但他们加起来，却足以震撼我们的心。这些人不懂自私，没有贪婪和欺骗，甚至不懂得如何拒绝别人，以至于马同志还为此闹出不少笑话。
于是，问题产生了：在这样一个特殊的社会时期，是什么让人们如此纯朴?我没有经历过，于是我猜想，是因为简单。
这个时期的人们肯定不像我们现代人这样有文化——本科生绝不稀奇，硕士生也可能找不到工作。那个时期的人不会去算心计、设圈套，都是些简简单单的人，也同样践行着通俗易懂的道德准则：损人利己的事绝对不做，别人有困难能帮就帮。就是这么一个道理，只是每个人都在遵守着，就像是每个人对社会的承诺。
当然，那个时代的人，对于“钱”还没有这么疯狂的追逐，这是社会现状决定的，也注定了他们更加简简单单。
然而，我们现在的社会，出现了道德沦丧现象难道要归咎于文化水平提升和生活水平进步了吗?显然不是。
我们用知识使社会变得更加舒适、更加美好，无可厚非。我们所拥有的知识以及优越的物质条件，是为了什么?是为了挣更多的钱，有更多的利益?那么得到了利益之后呢?是不是应该永无止境下去?没意义!我们所做的一切，都应该是为了让生活更好，是我们把原本简单的问题复杂化了。人与人之间，本就不该有这么多的利益冲突、勾心斗角。
的确，我们比过去是多了很多东西，然而在我们拥有了这些之后，请让一切回归简单。

For thousands of years， animals have trodden a slow path， their spirits together with the body。 But our human being\\'s transportation is too fast。 The body moves but the soul is left behind。 We try to free ourselves in convenience， but we only imprison the soul。 Since we invented how to count hours， we do everything to short the time， short the deadline。 But the time saved can\\'t be shorten。 Nowadays， we spend lots of time staying in front of a TV just changing the channels， while we have no time to talk with a good friend or play with our family。 We have plenty of time to search old news on the internet， while we hardly think about our life。 In the end， the only thing apparent is our loneliness。
Take your time， please。 Try to follow the natural steps and have your own clock。 Try to share your time with everybody you love， share your mind， your happiness and sadness。 Try to read the world we live in， do not only catch a quick glimpse at the society。
Someday， when we know how to spend every second in our life， we can then live our own life。

我知道你们是我的羽翼；你们是我的`天使；你们是我的依靠。你们累了，你们拼搏了二十多年，该休息了，我很担心，却又难过。不知为何，总是想以优秀的成绩来报答你们。可是……可是……成绩总是提不上来，我总玩，不觉厌倦。
我很贪玩，每一次总想成绩，思绪却控制不了自己，总让自己沉迷在“玩的海洋”中。总是不顾你们的心情，故意烦你们，嘲笑你们，同时又用不文明的举止和脏话骂你们。我错了，我不敢再继续下去，现在的我才深深知道，你们已经很疲惫，尽管表面故作坚强，其实你们已经很累，一片羽毛也能让你们“倒下”，我已经不敢再想象。我已经“痛不欲生”，你们累了，该休息！

Time flies like an arrow before we realize it .It is known that nothing is more precious than time. The good old proverb "time is money" reminds us that time is valuable. When time goes by, it will never return. However, it is a pity that some people don't make full use of their time .They spend a lot of time in sleeping, chatting playing computer games or other unmeaning matters. . They don't realize that wasting time is actually equal to killing themselves. They always regret not having made great achievements. One of the reasons may be they do not make good use of time. Therefore, in order to be successful, they should first get into the habit of being on time. It’s a sign of cherishing time. Don't put off what can be done today until tomorrow. Being lazy will eventually lead to failure. Don't wait, because you don't know how long it will take when you put off your plan.

那天，父亲迈着沉重的脚步，拖着疲惫的身子进了家门。我正吃着苹果悠闲的看着电视，“回来了，爸。”父亲往沙发上一坐，“恩，累我了”，然后他瘫坐在那，突然我心里有种酸溜溜的感觉。我在这悠闲的看着电视，而父亲在外奔波回到家已疲惫不已。我放下遥控器，父亲看了看我，精神了几分，问道：“干什么去呀？”我没有作声，心里暗想给父亲一个惊喜。不一会，我端着一盆水走到父亲的.面前，他惊讶地看着我：这孩子要做什么，难道要给我洗脚？平时连自己的袜子都不愿意洗。好戏还在后面......让他惊喜万分的是，我亲自给他洗了一回脚。
第一次以这样的方式来摸父亲的脚。他的脚大大的，宽宽的，而且脚后跟非常的粗糙，脚趾上有几个被磨得硬硬的脚茧......给父亲的脚让我摸到的爱，因为在他的脚里实在是包含着太多，是劳累，包含着他的东奔西跑，风吹雨淋；是责任，包含着对我们的爱......可父亲有点腼腆着“别洗了，我自己来吧。”
擦脚的时候，我的动作很轻，很慢，我知道我握住的是我这一生的财富，我舍不得他，更不想让他受一点的伤。洗完脚，父亲笑了。那笑容好似一把火，点燃了我心底最深的火焰，而这火焰让我感觉暖暖的。
让父亲开始休息，因为他为了我，为了这个家，已奔波得筋疲力尽。
父亲是弓，我就是箭，弓想要把箭射得远，就必须把弓拉得弯，这就是父亲对我的爱。他在拉弓的同时腰不知不觉的弯了，皱纹也悄然的爬上了他的额头就连那黑发也经不起时间的考验，变白了。可这一切的一切都是一点一滴的父爱。

说道怎么休息最好，人们会不以为然的继续睡觉这四个字，因为睡觉可以解除一切疲劳和忧愁。不过睡多了抵抗能力会下降的，而且会长胖。还是按照指定的时间睡吧！不过中午还是可以小睡的。
为了明确的说＂怎么休息最好＂我问了三个人的意见。
第一：我．方法：早睡早起．
有些爱睡懒觉的`人，要慢慢的调整自己的睡法，否则自己会变胖的，文明少年好习惯这个称号也就此飞走了。
第二：陈倚榕（同学）。方法：看书。
陈倚榕说：＂休息时看一会儿书好。＂但他爸爸马上反驳说：＂睡觉好，睡觉能解除所有疲劳。但看书又不能休息眼睛，不是十全十美。只有睡觉才能休息到各个部位，这才是真真正正的十全十美。＂
两票胜一票，还是睡觉好。
