今天，我要和妈妈一起做馒头。
我把小手洗干净，套上小围裙，开始动工了。妈妈先用温水搅拌了酵母粉，然后抓了几大把面粉，使劲地揉、捏、撮，把面粉揉成团。我手痒痒，也学着妈妈的样子动起来了。可能面粉太少，水多了，全粘在手上了，于是我又抓了几大把面粉，再吃力地揉，虽然不粘了，但还是揉不圆，面团的表面有很多小空隙，我又把面团放在菜板上切，使出“九牛二虎之力”，揉、按、捏、撮，我就不相信撮不好，终于一个光滑的面团出来了。
接下来该发酵了，和妈妈把团放进保温容器里，等了一个多小时后，我们拿出面团，妈妈按了按，已经发酵了。然后我们又重新揉，揉好后把面团弄一小块一小块的，我做自己喜欢的形状，弄好放在蒸笼上等二十多分钟后再开火。
啊！馒头蒸好了，看着一个个大大的、形状各异的馒头，我们开心地笑了，脸上乐开了花。
