反对纵向关系，提倡横向关系（虽不同但平等），表扬是操纵别人，要鼓励，帮助他人用己的`力量解决（可以把马带到水边，但不能强迫其喝水）。
有对共同体的价值就可以获得勇气；存在本身就有价值；由你开始去合作。幸福感就是贡献感。
5.活在当下，人生就是一连串的刹那，旅行从踏出门就开始了。
把聚光灯对准此时此刻，可以按照自己的意志改变。不活在此时此刻是人生最大的谎言。
共同体感觉是把对自己的执著转换成对他人的关心，从三点做起：自我接纳，他者信赖，他者贡献；人生意义自己决定，引导之星是他者贡献。
