201X年，国务委员刘延东在“全国教育信息化电视电话会议”上，明确提出“泛在化学习”模式对构建学习型社会具有重要作用。那么，支持泛在化学习的资源是什么？我们认为，当前最好的资源就是微课和微课程。
首先，要把微课与微课程区别开。2006年，萨尔曼·可汗在为侄女、侄儿辅导数学的过程中，制作了大量的教学视频。到201X年，可汗学院共开发了近3000多段微视频，通过课程结构化运作，形成覆盖基础教育学科的微课程。目前全世界有6000万学生参与微课程学习。 “微课”围绕一个教学重难点或教学环节组织素材，设计一节10分钟以内的微型，用视频形式录制教学过程，配合检测题组成一个微型课例，分为讲授、解题、答疑、实验和活动等类型。“微课程”是指按照《课程标准》要求，在分析学生需求和教材重难点基础上，把一个个微课进行结构化、体系化而生成的微型课程。微课与微课程的关系类似于一粒珍珠和一串珍珠项链的关系，其中贯穿一粒粒“珍珠”的红线就是“学生需求、课程标准和教材重难点”。 笔者认为，微课就是一个5分钟左右的课例而已，是教学资源或学习资源，需要教学理论和学习理论支持，一个个单独的微课价值有限。而微课程是把一个个微课（课例）通过一定方式结构化，形成体系化的微型课程，针对课程的重难点，需要对教材进行系统化思考。微课程是课程资源，需要课程理论支持。微课程能够支撑翻转课堂，价值很高。
其次，要思考微课程与翻转课堂的关系。所谓翻转课堂，是指有别于当前教学模式即白天上课学新知识，晚上回家通过作业内化知识，而是晚上在家看微视频学习新知识，白天上课通过讨论、作业、实验等内化知识。
简而言之，微课程与翻卷课堂二者的\'关系如同食材与烹饪方法，即内容和形式的关系。为什么能翻转课堂呢？原因有三：一是云端和移动端配合起来，构成一个完整的移动信息化环
境；二是个性教育的需求；三是“三通两平台”的建设奠定了教学方式与学习方式变革的物质基础。翻转课堂带来学习方式的哪些变化呢？我国传统“授受式”课堂有五大弊病：少、慢、差、费、塞（信息闭塞）。实施翻转课堂之后，学生的被动学习就会变成主动学习，“他主”学习就会变成自主学习，授受学习就会变成探究学习，单独学习就会变成合作学习、协作学习，课堂学习就会变成泛在学习，从而使学生的学习效率大为改变，学习劲头大为改观，学习品质大为改进。
笔者认为微课程的制作工具并不重要，制作过程并不神秘，最核心的是课程创意和课程结构。微课程或许将成为触动未来教育变革的导火索。

其实这个英语课程也挺不错的，每天上午40分钟的电脑学习和40分钟的教师拓展。我个人认为，这个方法非常好，第一节课摆脱了教师的整体知道，自己根据自己的漏洞来学习；而第二节课则是阅读理解拓展，正好也是我的漏洞，所以这380元花得值。最令我难忘的则是第一天，并不是因为电脑的事。 在上敏特英语的第一天，我起晚了，7：15才起的床，我以最快的速度洗漱完毕，穿好衣服，以豹子舨的速度飞奔向学校。虽然速度快，可还是迟到了，晚了5分钟。我想到学校的老师基本上都很严厉，迟到一会就会“没命了”，我不由得紧张起来，我只听到咚咚的声音，原来是我的心脏跳动的声音。我不由得放慢了脚步，反正已经迟到了，早受罪不如晚受罪。我走到机房门口轻轻地敲了一下门，我只见到一位和蔼可亲的\'老师，她对我说：“今天迟到了，下回不要这样了，去开机吧。”我没想到我竟然奇迹般的躲过了一劫。我打开了电脑，班长坐在我旁边，他笑呵呵地对我说：“咱们真够幸运的，遇上了和蔼的老师，否则你就……”电脑打开了，我认真地学习初三的英语单词，不知不觉中，35分钟过去了。 第二节课我也必须要提一下。进入了第二节课，老师发给了我们一张卷子，让我们先做，这里面的题对于我来说不算太难，但依然有难题。尤其是完型填空，最让我头疼。这位老师在学生中漫步，看到了我就剩一道题，她面带微笑地对我说：“又遇到难题了？自己仔细想想，你肯定能想出来。”我同时似乎吃了信心丸，努力想，终于在老师讲题之前想出来了。
