As is shown above, a leader father is sitting in the chair with a seal grasping in the hand, and a lot of money beside him. He seriously said to his son that there is more to life than just money -it is power. Simple as the picture is, but a profound truth is reveled in the picture.
I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.

老虎下山视察，看到其他动物都在玩，而只有驴在拉磨。老虎顿时赞不绝口：“有这样勤奋的员工，是我们动物王国的幸事!”秘书狐狸对老虎说：“驴很勤奋没错，但是，磨上已经没有东西了，他还在拉磨，这不是制造假象吗?”老虎一看，果真如此，不禁摇头叹息。
驴子的勤劳毋庸置疑，没有功劳也有苦劳的结果，虽然让人不便指责，却让人叹息，在职场，我忙碌与否并不重要，老板看重的是我把工作做好了没有。与其劳而无功地超负荷工作，不如抽时间静下来思考如何提高效率，增加效益。

读了吴非老师写的《致青年教师》一书，真是受益匪浅!书中通过一个个典型的案例，用其平实的语言引领我感悟如何才能成为一名合格的人民教师。边读吴非老师的《致青年教师》，边反思自己的教育行为，却不由怵然。
这本书吴非老师通过“做个有胸襟的教师”、“不要急”、“心里装着学生的心”、“尊重常识”、“不放弃理想”和“播下一粒善良的种子”这几方面结合自己教育、教学中遇到的事情、案例阐述了青年教师应具有的理想和素养。
在《做个有胸襟的教师》和《为什么你的学生缺乏气度》中，吴老师启发我们为了我们的学生，让我们的心胸开阔起来。因为教育者的胸襟，是学生的天地，教育者的胸襟有多宽，学生的精神天地就有多大。教师胸怀博大，他的学生才能面朝大海，才能仰望星空。他所教的学科，就有可能成为乐园；他的学生，才会开垦自己心灵；所以说，教师胸怀博大，学生自然就“大气”。这其实跟我们常说的“有其父必有其子”是一个道理。的确，处在青少年期的学生最易受外界的
影响和同化的，老师的一言一行都势必影响学生的一生。现今社会的竞争压力越来越大，教会学生学会坦荡，心胸博大是最好的抵抗压力、调整自己的不可替代的方法。社会上一些极端事件的发生正是一些心胸狭隘、封闭的人所为，可见，让我们都做一个有胸襟的大气老师影响我们的学生，对整个社会都是有着重要影响的！所以，我们不能事事斤斤计较，不能嫉贤妒能，不能心胸狭隘，我们不妨也做一个“肚里能撑船”的老师，做一个有胸襟的大气老师。
在《珍视我们的专业》中谈到，一个连自己专业都不爱的老师不可能成为一个优秀的教师。而优秀教师应当是一盏不灭的灯，“开关”就在自己手里，他的亮度在于他个人的修炼；如果他有“电源”，或是不断充电，他就能一直发光，一直照耀着学生面前的道路。我们要想当一盏不灭的灯，只有不断地学习，不断的充电，才能使这盏灯一直发光。如果学生不知道，我们要知道；如果学生知道，我们要比学生知道的多；如果学生知道的多，我们要比他们分析的透彻；如果他们分析的透彻，我们就要比他们总结的有个性。所以，我们教师的专业知识和能力素养应当远远高于学生。更重要的是，我们老师应当表现得比学生更善于学习，只有这样，我们才能照亮学生面前的道路。
“教育无小事”，“生活及教育”，一位优秀的教师站在学生面前，不需讲话，教师本身就是一本教科书，他能教给学生比知识重要得多的，是思想，是气质，还有未来。读了这本书，我深深理解了，我需要修炼的是比专业知识更重要的东西。
读完这写用心灵记录下的文字，我仿佛经历了一次洗脑，走进了教育的另一个境界。读吴非老师的文字，真正懂得：教龄、资历、经验，未必就意味着是个成熟、理性的教师！
