他说他希望他穿梭到了17岁那年所发生的事，他希望当年所做错误和后悔的事，希望就此弥补回来，年轻的时候就要鼓足勇气，有自己的目标，有自己的方向，以饱满的精神去奋斗，未来的你一定会感谢现在努力的你，不要等到，等到十多年后你想起来是因为当年，那个不努力的你导致如今糟糕的你。
他制作一档综艺节目，他说，如果你遇见17岁的自己，只能说一句话，你会说什么？我想我会说，你不逼自己，你永远不知道你自己到底有多优秀。幸福是什么？幸福就是奋斗出来的，只有奋斗的人生才能称之为有价值的人生。当你真的很了解自己的时候，你就能解决那个更差劲儿的自己。
能够看到自己一点儿一点儿变好，真是一件比什么都幸福的事。
