Our dreams can’t be realized unless we make all our efforts. Therefore, the first thing I will do is to remember what my dream is. In order to stop what buses cause, a large amount of hand must be used to widen the roads. On the contrary, the subway train is of more advantages. Except the difficulty and high cost of building the subway, it is superior to the buses in many aspects.
公共汽车作为城市交通方式要比地铁容易，因为公共汽车不需要特别的道路。但是公交车也许多缺点，有些是非常严重的。他们可能会导致噪音和更多的交通事故。公共汽车也导致了严重的空气污染和交通堵塞。为了阻止公交车带来的后果，必须用大量的人力来拓宽道路。相反，地铁列车有着更多的优势。除了建设地铁的难度和高成本外，在许多方面它都优于公共汽车。

春秋末期，诸侯国越来越不把周天子放在眼中，而在诸侯国国内，卿大夫也开始篡权，如齐国三桓，晋国六卿，逐渐把持朝政。几百年的诸侯国争霸混乱期使旧制度土崩瓦解，新秩序应运而生。三家分晋结束了春秋争霸，进入战国时期，韩、赵、魏、燕、楚、秦、齐七国争雄。
春秋时期周天子虽然没有什么威信，但到底还是名义上的天下共主，“尊王攘夷”的旗帜尚能用来树立威信，扩张领土。但到了战国时期，经过重新洗牌，周天子彻底没有了用处。各诸侯国纷纷称王，实际上已经是独立的国家。
对土地的需求让这一阶段的战争升级，无论是规模还是时长都不是春秋时期可比的，其残酷程度已经是流成河。
这时候，士这一阶层迅速崛起，他们或在政治上纵横捭阖，或在文化上百家争鸣，或在军事上建功立业，给战国注入了霸道的引子，也左右着战国的局势。
几百年的混乱期产生了一种自上而下的渴求统一的愿望，而经济的进一步发展，对战争的厌倦，都让人们开始思考统一的可能。要统一就要有一个能够统一的国家，各方面要领先他国。
秦孝公任用商鞅进行了最为彻底的改革，废除世卿世禄制度实行以郡县制，重农抑商，发展生产，增加人口，奖励军功等等一系列改革，使秦国迅速领先于其它六国，到了秦惠文王时期，继续实行商鞅的改革，并且称王，有了一统天下的决心，进而蚕食三晋，解除了东进的障碍。因为慢了一步，也因为改革的不彻底，使各国彻底落后于秦国。
公元前247年，秦王政亲政。先平定叛乱，稳定国内局势，自公元前230年起，历时十年，先后灭亡韩、赵、魏、楚、燕、齐六国，一统天下，称皇帝，是为秦始皇，建立了中央集权的大一统国家。
自平王东迁到秦统天下，历时五百多年。

在这个消费者主权导向的时代，也是粉丝经济的时代，在进行粉丝经营时，往往会陷入瓶颈。我们开始不知道怎么做，才能继续把粉丝运营下去，特别对于传统企业耐用品行业，你会发现，什么都提不起粉丝的兴趣，做了很多零碎的工作，但没有效果。
幸好，刘润老师的《趋势红利：传统企业如何骑在新世界的背上》这本书出来了。他给了我们一个较为完整的框架，来帮助我们梳理移动互联网新世界的商业逻辑。以下我借助这本书谈谈传统企业新媒体岗的一些事，因本人就是在传统企业做新媒体相关工作的。
这份笔记夹杂着我个人不成熟的观点以及感受，故下文的阐述并不代表刘润老师看法，诸书友批评指正为上。
我所在的公司是一家厨电公司，产品定位为高端智能，有着一定的知名度，因为08年的奥运火炬就是我们公司生产的。
本人是在品牌管理部，负责微信、论坛等SNS相关工作。公司的架构可能与其它公司不太一样，我们与销售不直接挂钩，意思是销售与品牌传播是分开的。一般来说，我们主要负责宣传“华帝”这个牌子。同时，我们部门的分工也是明确的，微信与微博由科室的不同的人来运营。如果想让微信的活动也放在微博上，就得和运营者商量。
上图为刘润老师对四大趋势红利的说明框架，我们非常清晰地看到四大趋势红利的相关内容。对于目前我的岗位来说，只有创新红利一块是基本不会直接前期接触的，到产品出来后，我们要进行产品的剖析宣传，才会接触到。
在过去的一年，我们建立了自己的社群，当然我们的社群的范围是比较窄的，仅仅是微信群的建立及兴趣部落、朋友圈的运营。由于公司目前仍然以经销商制度为主，公司产品用户不直接流到公司社群(目前社群的人员主要是通过我司对一些节目的植入宣传、福利活动等聚集起来，真正购买了公司产品的消费者鲜少知道这些个组织，因为经销商也想稳固自己的老客户，他们希望把新老客户握在自己手里，以备自己销售之用，当然他们自己也有开通微信公号。由于这样的社群基础，目前产生不了多少口碑经济。而如果足够幸运，可以产生一些单客经济，但目前量不多。由于群成员基本没用过公司的产品，导致口碑宣传可能只有xx公司福利还不错，每周都有福利呢!
在口碑经济一章中，刘润老师提到小米，2014年，公司也曾模板小米，进行粉丝经营。但，厨电产品毕竟与手机产品不一样，尽管在价格上比较接近。“口口相传，是最好的广告。”是的，这需要产品做得很好，也需要售后做得很好。而这个“好”字，不同的人有不同的理解。当我没有和公司呼叫中心的人接触时，也觉得他们的服务不太体贴，后来才知道，这个“好”会与人性相关，这个人性是当你觉得做得够好了，别人不觉得。
“我们把真正基于产品好而产生的口碑，激发了消费者主动为产品背书(担保、传播，在移动互联网时代产生了爆发式销售可能的‘类似于’传统直销的商业模式，起名叫‘口碑经济’。”而书中也提到，“口碑经济”，尤其是以销售本身已经很有口碑、很有品牌、服务能力和售后能力有保障的商品为目的的“口碑经济”，我们认为有可能成为这个时代的新的流量入口。
从销售到售后保障，其实是个闭环，每一环都必须做好，才能得到这个入口。而对于这个小小的我，能做好的就是品牌在我工作范围内的传播。
