He next unclosed the faggot, and took the sticks separately, one by one, and again put them into their hands, on which they broke them easily. He then
addressed them in these words: "My sons, if you are of one mind, and unite to assist each other, you will be as this faggot, uninjured by all the attempts of your enemies; but if you are divided among yourselves, you will be broken as easily as these sticks."

你们好！我很高兴是你们家孩子的英语老师。近段时间我经常遇到家长对我说Misslee，我不会英语，我也不知道在家怎么辅导孩子？今天我就给大家说说这个问题。对于父母不会英语的家庭，家长应这样帮助幼儿学英语呢？
第一，多陪。每天陪幼儿15分钟的时间，为幼儿播放光碟和录音磁带，配合幼儿做游戏。
第二，多夸。幼儿在幼儿园做各种英语活动，在家看光碟和听录音磁带，看似没有下苦功夫，开始比经意间英语在天天进步。家长要仔细观察幼儿的进步，及时给于夸奖。高明的夸奖其实是很重要的、很有效的“教”。
第三，与幼儿共同成长。在“陪”幼儿学习的'同时自己也努力学习，跟着幼儿一道接受英语启蒙。也可以让幼儿当您的小老师，当幼儿察觉到他们可以帮助您学习的时候，这种“成就感”会激励他们好上加好，加倍努力地学习英语，您也一定能到与幼儿共同成长的快乐。

数学就是记录一道数学题？----数学日记是培养孩子观察能力、表达能力、理解能力的实践活动。
寒假期间我开始让孩子们写数学日记，并逐步对孩子进行了辅导，也通过邮件和家长进行了交流。刚开始不少孩子只是记录一道题，或者只记下游玩的过程。但是随着孩子学得的知识多了，观察的视野宽了，思考的问题深入了，孩子们写的内容就丰富了。有数学故事、有考试后错题反思、有估数、测量长度的内容、有整理计算过程的表述等等。但是数学日记第一要真实，第二要对身边的事情认真观察，第三要详细记录活动中孩子分析思考的过程。

在错题本上把错的题目一一订正就行了！-----错题本不仅仅是记录错题，更是弥补知识漏洞的工具。
孩子们已经基本养成用错题本的习惯了。但是不少孩子订正时，没有得到爸爸妈妈的帮助，不会画图或者不会抄字。只是把错的算式订正了一遍。这样对孩子巩固知识的效果不佳。错题本的使用：首先要记录清楚是哪里的错题，如：第二单元第一题，先抄出原题目；其次让孩子自己分析、并记录出错的原因；最后分析正确的思考方法、写出正确答案。如果有条件的家庭，爸爸妈妈还可以给孩子仿照出一些近似的练习，使孩子真正达到弥补错误，巩固知识的效果。
