节能减排，顾名思义，指的就是减少能源浪费和降低废气排放。我国经济快速增长，各项建设取得巨大成就，但也付出了巨大的资源和环境代价，经济发展与资源环境的矛盾日趋尖锐，群众对环境污染问题反应强烈。这种状况与经济结构不合理、增长方式粗放直接相关。不加快调整经济结构、转变增长方式，资源支撑不住，环境容纳不下，社会承受不起，经济发展难以为继。所以，我们就需要节能减排这一方法加以调节。
节能减排看起来好像很难，好像是国家要干的事，其实它与我们的生活是密切相关的。一些生活的小技巧，就可以减少能源的消耗。在家中，我们可以使用使用高效节能灯泡。美国的能源部门估计，单单使用高效节能灯泡代替传统电灯泡，就能避免四亿吨二氧化碳被释放。随手关灯，做到人走灯息，哪怕每天只省一千瓦时电，看似不起眼，但细算一下，那中国十三亿人口一天就可省13亿千瓦时的电，那这么多人一年就可省4745亿千瓦时电，按每千瓦时电0。5元来算，就可为国家节省2372。5亿元钱，长此以往，不但使环境得到保护，国家将也会收到多么大的利益阿。类似的，用冲洗衣服时，可以加入少量肥皂粉，因为洗衣粉遇到肥皂会减少很多泡沫，既省水又节约清洗时间。
洗脸、洗手用小脸盆接住水，然后倒进大桶收集起来;回收塑料及金属制品，一公斤铝的重新利用可以避免十一公斤二氧化碳排放，尽量少消耗铝膜包装的利乐砖包装，以及其他一次性用品等都是节能的好办法。
唐山是个重工业市区，资源的消耗是必不可少的，但如果采取一定的设施，使消耗所到最小值，那就太棒了。可以在企业节能减排实行教育宣传活动，不断增强广大职工的忧患意识、危机意识和责任感和使命感，在他们中积极倡导节约型的升昌方式和消费方式：节约一度电、一滴水、一滴油、一张纸、一块儿煤，养成节能环保，减少污水排量的好习惯。
节能减排是必不可少的，让我们从身边的小事做起，响应党的号召，支持节能减排，同时让我们把这种思想传递个他人吧!

1。 头绪分明，脉络清楚
写好记叙文，首先要头绪分明，脉络清楚，明确文章要求写什么。要对所写的事件或人物进行分析，弄清事件发生、发展一直到结束的整个过程，然后再收集选取素材。这些素材都应该跟上述五个“ W ”和一个“ H ”有关。尽管不是每篇记叙文里都必须包括这些“ W ”和“ H ”，但动笔之前，围绕五个“ W ”和“ H ”进行构思是必不可少的。
2。 突出中心，详略得当
在文章的框架确定后，对支持故事的素材的选取是很关键的。选材要注意取舍，应该从表现文章主题的需要出发，分清主次，定好详略。要突出重点，详写细述那些能表现文章主题的重要情节，略写粗述那么非关键的次要情节。面面俱到反而使情节罗列化，使人不得要领。这一点是写好记叙文要解决的一个基本问题，也需要一定的技巧。如：
One night a man came to our house and told me， "There is a family with eight children。 They have not eaten for days。" I took some food with me and went。
When I finally came to that family， I saw the faces of those little children disfigured （破坏外貌） by hunger。 There was no sorrow or sadness in their faces， just the deep pain of hunger。

3。 用活语言，准确生动
记叙文要用具体的事件和生动的语言对人、事、物加以叙述。一篇好的记叙文的语言既要准确、生动，又要表现力强，这样才能把人、事描写得具体生动，其可读性才强。试比较下面一篇例文修改的前后效果。
原文：
One day Xiaoqiang was wandering away。 He was soon lost among people and traffic。 He could not find the way back home and started crying。 Just then， two young students who were passing by found him standing alone in front of a shop and crying。 They went up to Xiaoqiang and asked him what had happened。 Xiaoqiang told them how he got lost and where he lived。 The two students decided to take him home。 Mother was pleased to see Xiaoqiang come back safe and sound。 She invited the two students into the house and gave them some money， but they didn＇t take it。 She served them with tea but they left。

我们一般在看偶像剧时，只看人物的表面剧情，不去了解主演背后付出的努力。在小考结束后，老师让我们彻底放松了一下，允许我们在学校看《一起来看流星雨》，决定宣布以后，全班同学目瞪口呆，心想：老师没发烧吧?怎么会主动让我们看“流星雨”呢?平日在家中看“流星雨”被家长训斥，还被戴上了不务正业、不好好学习的黑帽子。唉!在大人眼中，明星、演员都是“四无青年”，不求上进，而我们追星的举动更是令他们勃然大怒，今天老师这么一反常态，会不会有“陷阱”呢?正在同学们忐忑不安的猜想时，老师已经打开了电脑，准备播放“流星雨”，同学们像是被施了定针法似的，眼睛一动不动地盯着屏幕。时间过得真快，一眨眼到了10点了，老师忽然关掉了视频，同学们立即抱怨起来，接着，老师打开了“流星雨”各位主演的资料，让我们深入了解他们的背后故事、成长经历。在看郑爽的资料时，同学们惊叫不断，资料中有段文字十分引人注目：“郑爽在16岁时考取了北京电影学院”，她要比同龄人早3年上大学。在拍戏过程中，演员们在夏季要穿很厚的服装，所以经常是一副汗流浃背的样子。张翰有轻微恐高症，却经常要在高处拍戏，但在他的努力下，克服了困难，使拍戏顺利进行。朱梓骁和魏晨因角色缘故，为了培养双方的默契，除吃饭睡觉时间以外，都要呆在一起。看完资料，老师语重心长的说：“看偶像剧不能只看人物外表，要学习他们身上那种迎难而上的精神和克服困难的勇气。”我们这才恍然大悟，老师为什么会主动让我们观看“流星雨”，原来是为了教育我们，真是用心良苦啊!
确实，我们在看偶像剧时，不能盲目的去追星，要像老师所说那样，学习他们的精神，把他们作为自己的榜样，视为行动的动力，争取做“高层次”追星。
