Although we can only keep in touch with each other by the telephone or the Internet, I wish I could let you know how much I love you and how much I’ve appreciated the things you’ve done for me. It is never too much to say thank you to you, my dear parents.
First and the most important is that thank you for bringing me to this world. During the 20 years, you have done a lot for me, but I haven’t realized how much I love you until I left home to the university. I understand how much effort you have cost to bring me up. Now, I have grown up, I can look after you.
Second, I want to thank you that you give me a good environment to grow up. There is an old saying “Parents are the first teacher to their children”. In my life, you are the typical ones. Because of your good examples I formed the good habit of learning at an early age which benefits my life.
At last, I want to say “thank you” is that you always support my choice. You never forced me to do anything I was not interested in. You told me to pursuit my own dreams without hesitation and you would support me forever. You also told me to how to be a human. Now I become an optimistic and cheerful girl and I feel happy every day.

Beloved father:
It’s a long time no contacting with you since last e-mail. And I miss you so much. Recently I luckily turn to the third officer working on board MV Blue Whale,which is a container ship. I intend to introduce you what Ido on this big vessel in this letter.
I am the third officer working in the deck department. As you know, the third officer is responsible to the master for the proper performance of his assigned bridge watchstanding and navigational duties.
On board, my first daily work is wathckeeping from 8 to 12 and from 20 to 24. my second daily work is in charge of the maintance of the fire-fighting equipment and life-saving equipment. The third , I am also responsible for fire and boat drills, I have to design a muster list and make crew to know the best escape route clearly. Additionally, there are also some simple things I have to do in daily work. For example, I have to assist the Chief Officer in supervising cargo handling operation 、to measure the draft at the discretion of the Chief Officer or the Master、to assist the Master on the bridge with anchoring and mooring and unmooring operation is underway and so on.
In the end, I strongly believed that you must be very familiar with my special work through what I said. And I hope you can stand my back and make me stronger. We will have a reunion soon.

每一个孩子都是一个世间精灵，带给一个家庭温馨与欢乐！是一种生命的延续，带给我们希望！于是，孩子就成为了我们心中的宝，含在口里怕化，捧在手心怕丢。同时也寄予了浓厚的希冀，未曾实现的梦想希望在她们身上得以实现，未曾达到的目标，不惜创造条件也想让她们登上一个更高的平台。
我们先分享关于一下关于老鹰的故事。小鹰在学习飞行时，老鹰爸爸及妈妈会逐步丢弃巢中的羽毛、茅草、小树枝，让鸟巢变得越来越不舒服，接着它们更会把巢也丢弃，此时失去巢的小鹰蹲在光秃秃的树枝上，只好学习如何去飞行。如果小鹰胆怯，老鹰爸爸及妈妈干脆就会把小鹰推出巢。如果小鹰没有展翅，老鹰爸爸及妈妈就会飞去撑起小鹰，再把小鹰抓回巢里，直到小鹰学会飞行为止。
此时此刻，我们更多是一种折服吧。原来，放手也是一种爱。
每个孩子都有自己的思想，要有一种正能量的引导，培养一个善于思考的孩子。一个人懂得思考就明白自己想得到什么，应该从哪些方面努力，通过什么方式得到？但是前提，这种方式必须是正面的。例如，你想在中得到好的成绩，如果又不是天生聪慧，那必须付出的努力比别人多，时刻让她知道天上不会掉馅饼，即使掉下来，也有可能是陷井。
每个孩子都是爱面子的孩子，要有一双发现优点的眼睛，培养一个自尊自爱的孩子。只有自尊才能得到别人的尊重，只有自爱才能得到别人的爱。这种尊重和爱是基于自身足够优秀的情况下的，外表清新，尊师重长，团结友爱都可以得到别人的尊重，在你的孩子身上都有与众不同的独特之处，我们要善于发现它，并将它放大，让孩子有信心把自持所短也像自有所长一样做到更好。
每个孩子都是需要陪伴的孩子，哪怕是什么都帮不做，培养一个有安全感的孩子。陪伴不是包办，哪怕什么都不做，只是坐在一起，她也会感受到被重视。你重视她，重视她所在乎的，她也会关心你所关心的，这可能就是所谓的"反哺"吧！
每个孩子都是聪明的孩子，以身作则，培养一个有爱心有责任感的孩子。先成人再成才。小到家之孝，大到国之爱，都要从成长成一个有爱心有责任心的人开始。作为父母的我们更要以身垂范，修养自身，少些说教，多些行动。
流沙在我们紧握的手中会越来越少。试试放开手，让孩子独立去做该她们做的事，想她们该想的问题，现在或许我们还有能力读懂阅读题，分析出数字题，但总有一天我们要面对不能应付的一天，越早放手会越多一点时间磨合。或许在孩子们心中也会有这样的呼喊："放开你们的手，我们会走得更远更快，握在手心是一种爱，放手也是一种爱！"
