Small things such as smoking less or eating more healthy food would have kept millions of families from becoming bankrupt if the patients took measures for early cancer prevention.
In addition, health education also plays a key role in improving people’s health. By giving people more information about health, countries could help people understand the importance of disease prevention and ways to achieve it.

完善创新体制机制。努力突破创新的体制机制性障碍，能激发创新主体的创造活力，增强创新主体的自信。进一步完善创新体制机制，应推进教育、人才使用等领域的改革，逐步形成促进全民创新的制度体系;加快政府职能转变，由过去注重研发管理向更加注重创新管理转变，不断完善创新评价和激励制度;加快建立健全鼓励优先使用自主创新成果的机制，促进自主技术、自主品牌、自主标准的成果优先为我所用。
