At college, I missed my parents a lot. As the term was drawing to an end, I eagerly looked forward to going home. And I planned to do a thousand and one things during the vacation. Above all, I wanted to help my mother with housework. I also wished to read many hooks which my teachers had recommended. However, at home, my mother would never let me do anything. She completely deprived me of sharing her work. As soon as I opened a book to read,she would sit down beside me and ask me about all kinds of things at the college. To please her,I told her one thing after another,and soon I forgot all about books. Even when I was actually reading,she would, now and then,insist that I should eat an egg or drink a cup of tea. When I left home at the end of the vacation, not a thing in my plan had been carried out. But I felt very happy. I believed much more deeply than before in the old saying: Home, sweet home. There’s no place like home!

每个人都会有一个属于自己的“上帝”。这位“上帝”，会给你意想不到的惊喜。
早晨起来，我翻了翻日历：嗯，今天是我的生日啊，不知爸妈会有什么生日礼物呢?
我怀着满满的好奇心走出房门，想象着爸妈给我惊喜的模样。谁知道，走出房门，却是冷淡一片。我如常的跟家人说“早安”，想获得一句“生日快乐!”。可是，也却只有一句“早安”。
我失落起来，冥思苦想了一上午，还是搞不明白：究竟是怎么了，他们是不记得我的生日了吗?往年，他们还给我办了个生日聚会了;今年，怎么就没有反应呢?
我十分纳闷，不开心。今年，恐怕要自己一个人吹蜡烛了。
我拖着步子回房间，郁闷的看起书来。因为，我听说分散注意力可以让自己没有那么伤心。
但是我发现我自己根本看不下书，心情变得有些暴躁。我很清楚自己已经十分失落，想打人。可是，我已经不再是一两岁的小宝宝了，不会生气就打人了。即将六年级的我只能把不开心收在心里。
就这样，我在我的房间里度过了一个下午，整个下午我都在“思考人生”，时不时还想一想晚上怎么度过。毕竟是自己的生日，总不能平平淡淡吧。
我走出房门，打算用零花钱买一个小蛋糕，插根蜡烛表示一下就好了。
在打开门的一瞬间，一个大大的拥抱温暖着我。不需抬头，我已经知道，拥抱我的是我的老妈。“怎么样，惊不惊喜。生日快乐啊!”老妈使劲的抱住我。不难发现，以前是我依在老妈怀里的';现在，是我抱着老妈了。
“天哪，我还以为你们忘记了我的生日了。”我看着眼前的一切，惊讶的叫道：一个诺大的蛋糕摆在台面上，还有几个盒子放在一旁。“哪会不记得啊，今年搞个新花样，给你个惊喜。”老妈看着我惊讶的眼神，不禁笑了起来。
当你感到伤心时，可能是“上帝”正在给你创造惊喜而拿走了你一点点的开心。下一秒，“上帝”的惊喜就会送到你的身边。

向窗外望去，两旁的景物飞速向身后闪去，随即便越来越小，飞机起飞了，带着我这颗激动的心飞向了那美丽而又神奇的埃及。
透过窗户，我欣赏一路的风景。你瞧，云儿连绵起伏，好似一团可口的棉花糖，有时断断续续，恰似香蓬蓬的羊肉
在飞机上，我已经记不清自己看了多少次手表了。唉，埃及，你什么时候才能到啊！
过了好久，我无意中透过窗户向下望了一眼，只见下面金灿灿的一片，处处点缀着像塔顶般的金色尖角，美丽又壮观。呀，这里是哪儿？莫非是黄金的发源地？蓦地，飞机里响起了优美的音乐，接着又穿来了甜美的声音：乘客们，我们现在到达了四大文明古国之一——埃及的上空。埃及受宗教影响极大，金字塔就是古埃及人对永恒观念的一种崇拜产物。目前埃及共有八十余座金字塔，其中最著名的`有胡夫金字塔、吉萨金字塔等。但除了金字塔以外，狮身人面像也是埃及的象征。乘客们，我们的飞机即将着陆。祝您旅途愉快！我激动万分，下了飞机后立刻安排好一切，第二天就来到了埃及博物馆。
在博物馆里，一种神秘感立刻盘踞了内心。走近木乃伊，我不禁为古埃及人的技术称赞不已！听说制作木乃伊的全部过程费用十分昂贵，除了要用的各种药品、香料、辟邪物、护身符等外，仅仅包裹一个尸体，有时就要用去1000多米的亚麻布呢！
望着这些神秘的木乃伊，我竟然连博物馆的玻璃罩碰都不敢碰，—想到法老王的诅咒，我毛骨悚然，不停地点着头说：妙！妙！妙！
随后，我便骑着骆驼，向狮身人面像出发。驼铃的叮当声伴着骆驼踩在沙子上的沙沙声，仿佛是一曲优美的交响乐。
在那儿，首先印入眼帘的是一座雄伟的金字塔。它就是吉萨金字塔。整个金字塔成锥形，巍然屹立。在它身旁就是我期待已久的狮身人面像。
它高21米，长57米，耳朵就有2米长。听这里的人说这尊雕像除了前伸达15米长的狮爪是用大石块镶砌外，整座雕像是在一块含有贝壳之类杂质的巨石上刻制而成。而雕像的面部则是古埃及第四王朝法老的脸行。哦，怪不得这里是四大文明古国之一，就连一个小小的木乃伊，我都已经赞叹不已了！
多么神秘而又美丽的埃及！但是我不得不离开刚才的幻想—因为我将要把刚才所想的，以及对世界美景的赞叹写在这张纸上

It was the first day of our summer holiday.All of us were very happy. Why? Because we have two months to do things we love to do.We are free.Although we have some homework.But we can finish them in several days.And the rest time we can make good use of.My god! the summer vacation had come round again. i was happy that i could forget about school at least for a while. lest i fool around all through this summer vacation, i made a plan as to how to spend it. first, i thought i should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that i could have a better understanding of them.
then i thought i should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. it stood to reason that with such a good plan i should make the best of my vacation time. i did, because i lived up to what i had planned.
