铅球“美少女”巩立姣
中国田径队产生的首枚特别珍贵的奥运会女子铅球金牌，它属于32岁的老将巩立姣。
巩立姣身形外貌完全是为她的铅球生涯而“刻画”的。远远望去，她的身材又高又大，十分强壮。她的手臂上、身上、腿上都有着结实的肌肉，看着就让人觉得力大无穷，真正称得上“虎背熊腰”呢！她在投掷铅球时异常沉着冷静，扬起的臂膀和魁梧的身姿形成千钧之力，小小的'眼睛里散发出一股坚定的光芒，仿佛在说：“前进，前进，永不停息！”

20。19米！20。53米！20。58！经过第三、四、五次投掷，巩立姣已稳操胜券，但神情依旧面不改色。当最终夺得金牌，记者上前采访时，巩立姣才抑制不住内心的激动，喜极而泣，哽咽着说：“这一刻，我准备了21年！终于实现了！”这时的她脸上泛着红晕，一如十六年前初登奥运会赛场的那个小姑娘般可爱。在巩立姣的铅球生涯中不止有光明，还有黑暗。她已经参加过四届奥运会了，因为训练引起的病痛，没有浇灭心中依旧燃烧的熊熊之火，巩立姣始终没有放弃，梦想一直都在。正因为此，她也一直像少女一样青春昂扬，充满活力。“只要祖国需要我，我会一直奋战在赛场上！”她可爱地一笑说，“谁说不能蝉联呢！”
创造奇迹的“亚洲飞人”
你对世界上的“飞人”有多少了解呢？你心中的飞人能跑多快呢？我昨日久久不能入睡，激动不已。知道吗，那是因为我们中国的一名短跑健将苏炳添创造了黄种人的历史，成为了让人刮目相看的世界“飞人”！
百米大赛枪声响起，苏炳添几乎与枪声同时出发，经过全力冲剌，第一个冲进终点，9秒83！全世界被这个小组第一的成绩震惊了！苏炳添惊喜得朝天震吼，是的，他做到了！苏炳添2008年开始参加奥运，那时他只是一个十六岁的少年，直到今天他终于闯入奥运“飞人”的决赛：做任何事都需要抱定信心，坚持不懈！
苏炳添说：这次半决赛就是决赛。由于所在小组是实力最强的，他就全力以赴争夺小组第一，拼劲全力进入被黑人、白人长期占领的百米争霸场。最终，决赛现场第六道出现了一个亚洲人，他就是苏炳添！在决赛中苏炳添没有在出发抢得头筹，尽管如此，他还是跑出9秒98的好成绩，最终取得亚洲人史无前例的世界第六！Yyds！苏炳添！
跳水台上的“假小子”
奥运会的第33金，也让我成为了“红姐”的忠粉。
她，一头清秀的短发，干净又利落，一双水灵灵的眼睛，发出淡定的神色，一副浓浓的眉毛，仿佛在说：“来，一决高下！”第一次出现在奥运赛场上14岁的全红蝉跳入水中的那一刹那，几乎没有水花溅起，像是压住了命运的漩涡，牢牢地控制了它的走向。10分、10分、10分！连续三个满分，这是奥运赛场上从未出现过的高光。比赛后连“跳水皇后”郭晶晶也追着给全红蝉拍照。当“红姐”一开口，那更乐了，萌萌的语调让人不由地爱上她。
然而谁能想到，这么可爱乐观的“红姐”却来自贫困家庭，她的努力只是为了让妈妈治好病。全红蝉的妈妈在几年前出了交通事故，她的家成了低保户，这让本不富裕的家庭雪上加霜，三个兄弟姐妹都陆续来学跳水了，“红姐”成了照顾弟妹的“小大人”，她才14岁，却背负起了通过比赛来获得奖金挣钱的命运。日复一日的艰苦训练，她没有叫苦叫累，甚至从来没有过休息日，从来没有过上一天去动物园、游乐园的童年。
多么懂事的“红姐”啊，我与她相比真的是天壤之别，她独立生活，以自己的努力养活家人，而我总像是家里小公主一样，被父母捧在手心，特别是遇到苦难，她报之以笑，举重若轻，而我呢，还好意思再哭鼻子撒娇吗？

Given is a simple but thought-provoking remark: "it is unbelievable for people to believe what they should not believe: Internet rumors." Obviously, this saying can be naturally associated with the seriousness of rumors: if we intend to have a positive Internet environment, it is advisable to eliminate/refuse rumors.
In contemporary society, it has become a trend for individuals to surf the Internet for the information they need. Meanwhile, an increasing number of people find it rather difficult to distinguish the true news from rumors. Searching the Internet, we can notice a great many examples like this: false news, ads and pictures.Then, it is these rumors that lead the public to be cheated, confused and even panic. As a matter of fact, experts in large numbers have come to realize the importance of Internet honesty.
As a regular Internet surfer, I am convinced that it is of great necessity for government to punish rumor makers. Accordingly, we should educate, advocate and encourage our friends, classmates and acquaintances to refuse making and spreading rumors. Sparing no efforts to do so, we will witness a hopeful and promising future of Internet life.
