有一次，在一个明媚的早晨，我和书法室的朋友们一起早早的去到了书法室，正当我们拿起毛笔准备写字的时候。邓老师，也就是叫我们学习书法的老师踏着沉重的脚步走了进来，我们都惊讶地望着老师，毕竟，老师在我们的'眼里都是幽默的，很少会露出这样沉重的表情。
“老师，出了什么事情？”书法室的一个比较胆大的女生小心翼翼的对着老师说道。
“同学们，今天我要宣布一件事。”老师听了那位同学的话，有些犹豫地说道。
我和在座的书法室的同学相视一望，那轻松的微笑也随着老师的沉重而消失了，留下的都是我们大家那严肃的表情。
“这一次的书法比赛，唯一获得书法现场比赛的同学只有一位，并且，县里的书法比赛也就只有一位同学获得了奖——二等奖。唯一的一个啊！你们知道这位同学是谁吗？”老师严肃而沉重的望着我们。
我们一并摇了摇头，不知是何时，我的头有些沉重了，眼睛也一酸。因为我知道，唯一得奖的不是我，而是——“张振浩同学，你看，这一次的比赛一位都是张振浩同学啊！老师告诉你们，以你们现在的水平，完完全全是可以获得奖的。现在老师告诉了你们，你们以后会不会选择放弃学习书法。”
“不会”我和书法室的同学一并齐声吼道。是的，不会，因为这一次没有获得奖，是因为我们大家都没有张振浩同学那么努力，所以我们没有得奖，到了下一次的比赛，我一定会得奖。加油！我在心里安慰着自己。
回到家，我把这一件事告诉了母亲，妈妈语重心长的对我说道：“虽然你这一次没有得奖，但是这并不表示你下一次不能得奖啊，加油，相信自己下一次能够得奖，给自己选择一个目标。你要记住，人生所发生的挫折，就要努力去打败它，不要让它再继续将挫折延续下去。

last weekend we went to the countryside to have a picnic.we took several sandwiches and some bottles of water with us for lunch. of course we didn't forget to take some fruit and we even took some tomatoes and cucumbers.
we left home quite early in order to avoid the traffic jam.about two hours later, we came to a nice place. it was near a river. we put our bicycles under the trees and went swimming. it was a very hot day. the water was very refreshing.
after having a swim, we had lunch in the cool shade under the trees. then we went for a walk. we didn't come back home until the night fell.
上周末，我们去乡下野餐。我们带上了几个三明治和几瓶水午饭时吃。当然我们也没有忘记带上一些水果。我们甚至还带了几个西红柿和几条黄瓜。
为了避开交通高峰，我们很早就出发了。大约过了两个小时，我们来到了一个不错的.地方。它附近有一条河，我们把车子放在树下就去游泳。天气很热，河水使人振奋。
游完泳，我们在树荫下吃了午饭。然后我们去散步。直到夜幕降临，我们才回家。

and jumped into the water. it was hot, but the water made us refreshed. after we swam around:'the river, we were tired.
we took out the sandwiches and water, and had our picnic in the shade under the trees. the most popular food are sausages and tomatoes.
after lunch we took a walk. there we saw many beautiful flowers and GREen grass. we smelled sweet air. how nice the picnic was!
我们骑车花了约两个小时，终于到了野外那个美丽的地方。那里有一条小河，河水清澈，真是个游泳的好地方。我们把自行车往地上一搁，就跳进河里。天气真热，河水让人感到舒爽。游了几个来回，我们有些累了。
我们拿出准备好的三明治和水，开始在树阴下野餐。最受欢迎的食品是香肠和西红柿。
午饭后，我们散步。在那儿我们看见许多漂亮的花和碧绿的草，我们闻到空气的芬芳。多么愉快的野餐啊!

At noon, we reached the place, we sat by the river bank and took out a lot of things, such as bread, orange juice, apples, cakes, eggs and so on.But all of a sudden, it began to rain. Unluckily there was no shelter nearby. We had to take a bus to go back home in a hurry.

节目内容主要讲了五个孩子离开妈妈，跟爸爸一起过72小时的生活情况。这72小时内，五位很少带孩子的明星爸爸，必须面临着自己寻找食材做饭，在小山村里住宿以及孩子们的无理取闹这种种困难，可他们都一一克服了。北京的灵水村里，多了五个年仅4、5岁，古灵精怪的孩子和五位忙的焦头烂额的爸爸们，其中，他们深夜的温馨谈话最令我感动，孩子们的回答虽然都很天真，但是字里行间都显现出了浓浓的爱。在一点都不熟悉做家务的爸爸们做出那一道道饭菜的时候，虽然不好吃，但孩子们还是硬撑着，一边吃一边说：“爸爸做的饭菜是全世界最好吃的。”这五个孩子中，有调皮的，有爱哭的，有懂事的，有天真的，有可爱的，他们的性格特点都各不相同，但每个人对爸爸的爱却是一样的，都那么真，那么深。
古今中外，全世界有那么多诗人赞美母爱，可真正称赞父爱的却是寥寥无几，父爱如山，母爱似水，我觉得其实父亲的爱不会比母亲差多少，只是他们的肩上扛着养家糊口的担子，父爱其实很简单。它像白酒，辛辣而热烈，让人醉在其中；它像咖啡，苦涩而醇香，容易让人为之振奋；它像茶，平淡而亲切，让人自然清新；它像篝火，给人温暖去却令人生畏，容易激奋自己。他们也许不能像母亲那样无微不至地照顾我们，可是这些父亲们却承担起了“避风港”的职责，为了我们的'幸福而日夜辛苦着，爸爸们这么辛苦，可我们还是总是在惹他生气，动不动就闹小脾气，现在想想，真不该呀！所以，在这里，我不但要感谢我的妈妈，更要感谢我的爸爸！在这个节目中，我最喜欢片尾曲里的那句歌词：“你拼命发芽，我白了头发，一起写下一撇一捺。”是啊，我们会长大，可是爸爸们会越来越老，我们应该趁着这个最好的光阴，努力的去报答他们，让他们晚年能得到更多的欣慰。
看了灵水村和沙漠的节目之后，我发现五个孩子在成长，五个爸爸也在成长，我相信，当这档节目结束之后，他们将会是更加合格的爸爸，更加体贴的孩子。
今天晚上，我还要看《爸爸去哪儿》，去见证那五个孩子和五个爸爸的成长之路……
