12月23日下午，高霞小学邀请中国学生心理成长网高级签约讲师、国家心理咨询师周廷谕在大操场上为全校师生、家长作“让爱你的人为你自豪”大型感恩报告会。
在感恩老师的环节，周老师用演讲的形式声情并茂地再现了老师的真实生活，说到痛处声调低沉哀婉，如泣如诉。精彩的演讲深深地打动了现场所有的人。学生们先是低声的啜泣，后来不少人忍不住放声哭了起来。家长们的眼睛里则饱含着泪花。通过演讲，学生与老师的心灵彼此靠近，引起共鸣。通过师生互动，让真情有感后的老师分享感受，并讲述自己对学生的心里话。不少家长情不自禁地走到老师的面前，对老师表达感谢之情。
在感恩父母环节，周老师用极具感染力和震撼力的心语，以心灵对话的方式，引领学生回忆往事，重温过去，感念父母恩情;忆旧时梦想和壮志，思今日心态与处境，让学生麻木的心灵感知痛苦、蒙昧的良知得以唤醒，迷失的`自我重新找回。听了周老师的心灵对话后，许多学生自发走到台上向父母表达自己的感激，或悔过自新，或当众立誓，奋进求学，立志成才，以报答父母的养育之恩，向父母表示感恩和忏悔。接着，周老师让所有的孩子与自己的父母亲情互动、拥抱并感谢父母。
在珍爱生命，远离网络，改掉坏习惯环节，通过周老师的引导，爱上网的学生自发上台，表示痛改前非，再也不上网了，向父母表示忏悔;单亲家庭孩子自发上台，表示失去之后才懂得珍惜，用他们的坚强来激发更多同学珍惜现在，感恩父母从现在做起，好好学习来报答爱自己的人。
整场报告会高潮迭起。学生在感恩后励志，纷纷表示，要好好学习，珍惜美好时光;珍惜幸福生活;珍惜与父母、同学及老师的关系，做一个孝敬父母，尊敬老师，勤奋学习的好孩子。
据悉，这次震撼人心的演讲，无论是对学生、家长还是老师，都是一次心灵的启迪和洗礼，既起到了感恩教育的作用，又拉近了教师和学生，教师和家长，家长和孩子之间的距离，对以后学生的教育工作起到了良好的促进作用。

这个星期五，我和胡涵，许文彬一起去参加英语讲故事比赛，这个参赛资格可是我好不容易才和别的同学争取来的，所以在练习时候要更尽心尽力了! 我还好在星期三上午，就把稿子背下来，星期四课间，上台表演就能发挥最好水平。
星期五，我就早早起床，穿好衣服，去化妆店，化上了妆，又把稿子背了几次，把书包放了就向城里出发。我们先坐16路再坐308。到了比赛场地，陈老师已经在那儿了。 我十分紧张。开始抽签了，看着周围陌生的脸，手心渐渐出了汗，但愿我不是第一个，但愿我能发挥出最好水平，但愿我不会出现差错。老师打开签，2号，老师暗自庆幸：“幸亏不是1号，也不在后面，听到后面，容易听觉疲劳。”可这时，我们又听到一个不好的消息：那排第一的学校没来，我先上。老师听了，马上对那个人说：“不行，再等一等，我们又没抽到1号，干什么让我们先?”我又排到了第三，终于轮到我了，我不能想象一个人站在一个大房子里，许多陌生人看着你那阴森的目光，太可怕了，我勉强挤出一丝笑容，走了进去，可当我一说起故事，我就不紧张了，讲完后，又蹦跳着出来，听见有位老师说：“这孩子的表情……” 我们学校比完后，老师带我们去玩了一会儿，吃了中饭就回了学校。 回到家，爸爸说我这次没说好，下次要做的更好，我也这么想的。 只要我尽力了，我就不后悔。

今天上午，我在火炬学校参加了青少年英语比赛，我怀着紧张的心情，走进了考场。
比赛之前，监考老师讲完规则后，每人发了三张试卷，其中一张答题卡，两张题目，铃声一响，比赛正式开始。
环节一：听力和默写。考生们纷纷拿出笔，做好了听写准备，监考老师在上面报单词，每个报两遍，考生在下面默写，过十几秒继续下一个单词。考生们都聚精会神在下面听和写，一个字也不说，安静得连考生的呼吸声都能听见，时间过得很快，不一会儿第一环节结束了。
环节二：笔试。第一题是选则题，我觉得比较简单，紧张的心情稍稍放松了一些。轻松的答题，很快便答完了。第二题是根据已知的问句用英语写答句，我看了很久，有点懵了，因为问句我看都看不懂，又没人问，根本做不出，结束铃声响了，到最后不得已放弃。
我真希望这次比赛能取得好成绩!

近日，子洲县东关小学邀请中国学生心理成长网善朝教育集团讲师宋攀印为全校师生和家长作了题为“让爱你的人为你自豪”的感恩励志演讲。
演讲中，宋攀印用极具感染力和震撼力的话语，以感恩老师、感恩父母为主线，通过现场互动、心语对话的方式，用鲜活的事例诠释了师爱和父母爱的伟大，让学生们懂得了老师的辛苦付出、家长的含辛茹苦。全体学生向自己的老师鞠躬，并深情地拥抱老师;学生和家长也以拥抱的方式进行感恩。一个个简单的动作，承载着学生与家长对老师的感谢和理解。尤其是部分学生走上舞台进行的“真情互动”环节，更是将演讲现场气氛推向了高潮。

A man walking in the night slipped from a rock. Afraid that he would fall down thousands of feet, because he knew that place was a very deep valley, he took hold of a branch that was hanging over the rock. In the night all he couls see was a bottomless abyss. He shouted, his own shout reflected back--there was nobody to hear.
You can imagine that man and his whole night of scare. Every moment there was death, his hands were becoming cold, he was losing his gripand as the sun came out he looked down and he laughed. There was no abyss. Just six inches down there was a rock. He could have rested the whole night, slept well---the rock was big enough---but the whole night was a nightmare.
Fear is only six inches deep. Now it is up to you whether you want to go on cling to the branch and turn your life into a nightmare, or whether you would love to leave the branch and stand on your feet.
There is nothing to fear.

转眼间，已经10月6日了，下午，我将要参加由广州市少年宫举行的“少儿英语表演赛”初赛。虽然或多或少地准备了三天，可心里依旧没有底。就从我们班看吧，参加这次比赛的同学在放假前好几天就开始准备了。再把眼光放远一些，整个广州市的英语精英多的是，他们不知什么时候就开始准备了。不说这么多了，反正就是一句话：心里乱的是。
下午两点钟多一点点，我就出去坐车了。一想到马上就要比赛，心里就慌得“咚咚”直跳。毕竟，我自己的事自己知道，为了这次比赛，我做的准备时间不超过四小时。一想到这些，我就不寒而栗了。趁现在这段时间，我还是再复习几遍吧，虽然临时抱佛脚是没用的，但毕竟多练习一次就多一丝希望。
一个多小时的.车程转眼间就过了。刚踏入少年宫，就感到了一阵生机，门口放着一张鲜绿的大牌，两边还各有一个气球人，挥动着两只长长的手臂，仿佛在为我加油。四周的树木绿绿的。看到这一切，心里就轻松了一些。可是来到赛场，心里就又一阵害怕了，多严肃啊。这时，我真想看到一个两个同班同学，就是他们一句简单的鼓励我的话，也能让我心里踏实一些。可是没有。
走进赛场，就开始了等待。这时，我是可以在作准备的，可紧张和担心已让我受够了。过了一会儿，就有老师领着我们进场。
只见比赛的教室里一片肃静，我们这些参赛选手各就各位后比赛就开始了。大家一个一个地表演，有的显示出了自己的风采，也有部分同学因紧张而发挥不出真正的成绩。“下面是Aa147号同学。”裁判员点到。我小小步地来到教室中央。“Good afternoon,evebody."刚说完，我就紧张得忘记了下一句，好一会儿才想起来。看着裁判员那一脸的微笑，我那悬着的心渐渐平静了下来。用较流利的英语讲起了故事。刚讲到一半，突然忘记了下一句，好久才想起来。这时，讲到了我平时最不熟的一句就停下了，心里“咚咚咚”地跳个不停，我确实记不起下一句是什么。我紧张地看着裁判们，他们都面带着微笑，但是任我怎样使劲地想，脑子里就是一片空白。这时，只见裁判脸一沉，说了声“唱歌吧。”我的心也随之沉了下来，这无疑是给我判了刑。但我一向是要强的人，还是高声唱起了英文歌。接下来，大家又一个个上台表演了。
虽然这次比赛我失败了，但我并不灰心，重在参与嘛，成败并不重要。从这次失败中，我明白了凡事都要认真对待才能成功。我相信从这次失败中吸取到教训，下一次我一定能行!

When I was a freshman in college I watched the film Gua Sha Treatment for the first time, now I am a junior student and I come back to review the movie from a multicultural aspect, I have many different feelings after watching the film again.
At the beginning of the film, XuDatong is given an award and later he delivers a speech. What makes me impressed most is in his speech he says “one day I will become one of you, a truly successful American, today this award proved that America is a true land of opportunity and I am the living proof of that.” At that moment Xu thinks he has realized his American Dream totally with his lovingly wife and adorable son. However, I think it is ironical that to make a speech like that and I assume it is made on purpose to hind a clue for the story's development. How many non—American people have such a beautiful American dream? One of my classmate studies in American now and before he went aboard he told me his American dream is he can stand at the top of the New York. To be honest, I also dream that one day I can get the Green Card living there happily and successfully maybe working at the Wall Street. When Xu gets the award he thinks he entirely melted in the melting pot neglecting the multicultural obstruct, later the plot goes against the way he thinks. And later Quinlan asked Xu'why you be the scapegoat of your father?' Xu answers 'because he is Chinese.' Then maybe Xu knows that there is always a wide gap between Chinese and American cultures.
The second scene is Xu hit his son Denis because Denis hit the son of xu's boss, at the middle of the film xu tells his boss that he hit his own son is only to show his respect to his boss John Quinlan, that time Quinlan feels puzzled “what a Chinese logic”,yes, American can never understand such a logic full of Chinese characteristic, because they respect everyone including the children, they won't beat a child to please the boss, and there is no such a conception of degree between employee and employer, they feel everyone is equal, which is quite different from china.
Connected to the second scene, the third difference I want to analyze is the care for the children. In America, people pay more attention to the right of children which can be seen from the law—leaving children alone at home is illegal, while in China it is so common that almost everyone may experience such loneliness. And Children Welfare Agency does work in America which shows the importance Americans attach to children's right. What's more, I remember a line 'No one won the case, especially the child.' In my opinion, it also manifests the universal concern from the American public to the children.
The fourth aspect is following the procedure, in the film, more than there times, the people focus on the rule, the law, the procedure. At the Christmas Eve Xu wants to return back to his home pretending as a Santa Claus, what a pity, the security recognizes him and persuades 'you are always a good tenement, never causes troubles for me.' And another scene is at the end of the film , the judge says 'I have to follow the procedure.' However, in China people always have to ask for a favor to do something, and later you have to pay back the favor,for myself, I prefer the American style, strict to the procedure.
The fifth and the last point is the humors, Quinlan says 'you can't fall, your health security is the company paid.' 'Datong, welcome home, maybe next time, you can come from the front door.' 'dady, why you come from the window' ' because we don't have a chimney.' I really adore this distinguished American humor, especially in dangerous situations, which is quite rare in China.
That's my whole reaction to Gua Sha Treatment.
