每个人身上都独特的气味，日子久了，那种气味就代表了这个人。
朋友说，他爸爸是已经海鲜酒家的厨师。小时候，每晚爸爸下班回来，他都闻到爸爸身上有一股浓烈的腥味他们住在一个狭小的房间里，爸爸身上的腥味令他很难受。他爸爸的关系很差，考上大学后，他立刻搬出去跟朋友一起住。两父子每年只见几次面。
后来，他爸爸病危，躺在医院里。临终的时候，他站在爸爸的病床旁边，老人家的身上挂满了各种点滴，加上医院里浓烈的消毒水味道，他再也闻不到小时候常闻到的爸爸身上的那股腥味——一家人而换来的腥味。他把爸爸的手指放到自己的鼻子面前，可是，那记忆里的腥味已经永远消失了，那一刻，他才知道，那股他曾经十分讨厌的腥味原来是那么芳香。
爸爸走了，他身上的腥味却永存儿子的脑海中，变成愧疚。
朋友说，他不能原凉自己小时候曾经跟同学说：“我讨厌爸爸的味道。”
他记得有一次有一位同学的爸爸是修理汽车的，每次他来接儿子放学，身上都有一股修车房的味道。另一个同学的爸爸是在医院工作的，身上散发着医院的味道。
爸爸的味道，总是离不开他的谋生手段。爸爸老了，那种味道会随风逝去。我们曾否尊重和珍惜他们身上的味道？你爸爸是什么味道？

爸爸的味道怪怪的，像五味瓶，有时像棉花糖，甜甜的软软的，有时像鸡肉，咸咸的香香的，又有时像辣椒，辣辣的麻麻的。
爸爸的味道像棉花糖，甜甜的软软的。那一次，我数学考得很烂，不敢和爸爸说，怕他训我，所以没和爸爸说。后来爸爸知道了，我心想完蛋了，可是后来爸爸并没有训我，反而对我说：这次虽然没考好但是你努力了，加油，下次一定要考好。我很开心，心想下次一定要考好。
爸爸的味道像辣椒，辣辣的麻麻的。一天，放学回家的路上我看到一只狗很喜欢，回家我缠着妈妈给我买狗。妈妈不同意，说狗太脏了。我说了一大堆养狗的理由，可是妈妈还是不同意。我脱口骂了妈妈一声，这是爸爸走过来，打了我一巴掌。这一晚，我想明白了，觉着自己做的太过火了。
爸爸的味道像鸡肉，咸咸的香香的。那天，家里炖了鸡肉，爸爸一会把鸡心眼夹到我碗里，说：我不喜欢吃这个，你吃吧。一会又把鸡腿夹到我碗里，说：我吃饱了，你吃吧。虽然爸爸的话冷冷的，但我知道那肉里是满满的爱。
你也许会喜欢咖啡苦涩的味道，你也许会喜欢牛奶香醇的味道，你也许会喜欢鲜花清香的味道，你也许会喜欢糖果甜甜的味道。但爸爸的味道，是真正需要你用心去的味道。
