拉面人把兰州汉子的特点全都表现出来了：他粗犷但不野蛮，精干而且热情。穿一身白衣，站在大锅前，锅里冒着蒸气，一双有力的大手在白茫茫的蒸气里游走，在面粉与水之间调和。不一会儿，面粉变成了面团，再不停地揉搓揉搓，把面团揉成各种各样奇怪的形状。这面团在拉面人的手里异常听话，任由他摆布。拉面人抓一把白白的面粉轻轻撒在面团上。面粉如同雪花飘落下来，如同早春时节漫天飞舞的白色柳絮，又像那轻盈的白色蝴蝶，不停地落在面上。
突然，这双大手握住面团两端使劲拉，一下又一下，面团越来越细。这双手灵活地穿梭来去，有节奏地拉着、挥舞着。面团开始疯狂地舞蹈，而此时的拉面人也变得激情迸发。他的手再大也不显得笨拙，灵敏的手指将面拉成细丝。速度越来越快，如疾风，如急雨，如闪电……一瞬间，所有的动作都戛然而止，一根根细如头发丝的面条从他的手中滑落下来，从他的指缝间无声息地泻落下来。整个过程都使人惊叹，惊叹拉面人炉火纯青的技艺，像一出戏一样吸引人。
为何兰州牛肉面如此响当当，当当响?因为有拉面人高超精湛的技艺。拉面人技艺高，拉出来的面自然筋道，从拉面人身上，我看到了兰州人的亮豁、真诚!

nowadays, we can see some boys and girls who live in a small world of their own. they bury themselves among books and are proud of themselves. they think that it will make them lose their face if they do housework for they often think themselves very noble.

for what i said above, we can find some eamples of our fellow-students studying abroad. all young men do housework as girls do. someone would argue that we can employ servants. this is true.however, what shall we do if the servant leaves us and all things are left to ourselves? we just cannot leave our clothes as they are and let worms and ants eat them up. and what can we do it we go and study in a foreign country where servants are out our means to employ? we must work for ourselves. why not start to learn to do housework now or else it will be too late? everyone should learn to do housework. what do you think about my idea, boys and girls?

在一条偏僻的小道旁，新开了一家面馆——答家牛肉面。牛肉面可是我们襄阳的特色美食。久仰“答家”大名，却一直未食其味，兴致勃勃的我拜托妈妈改日给我来一碗。
我的愿望在一个周六的清晨得到了满足，我和妈妈一起来到答家牛肉面馆。只见深绿的招牌和鲜红的“襄阳十佳面馆”横幅引人注目。来到跟前，一股牛油和碱面的香味直入心脾。
进入面馆，人们的大排长龙令我咋舌，但要吃正宗牛肉面的信念让我坚持了下去。大约十分钟后，我来到了取牌处，这里还保留着取牌的习惯?我诧异了一会儿，随后也拿着牛肉面的牌子向前走。终于，我来到了取面处，把牌子交给了一位师傅，她高喊道：“二两牛肉面。”另一位师傅麻利地一手拿碗，一手拿装着碱面的铁网勺，飞快地放下水，焯了一会儿，把面放进碗里，再飞快地把面通过一个特殊的“滑道”交到接牌子的师傅手上。
这位师傅也是个熟手，她接过面后，立马就开始了工作。我对她说：“少放一点辣椒。”她点着头回应我，把舀汤的勺子轻轻地在牛骨汤上拨了几下，立马拨云见日：火红的辣椒油见到了天敌一样，自动的就让开了身体，露出了白花花的骨汤。舀上两勺子浓浓的牛骨汤和答家秘制的牛肉，再淋上少许香气扑鼻的牛油，加上葱段和香菜，一群“顽皮的小孩”就这样跳进碗里，这动作一气呵成，一碗面好了!
我仔细地端详着眼前的“艺术品”：金黄的碱面，暗红的牛肉，香浓四溢的骨汤，配上红彤彤的牛油，嫩绿的葱段和香菜，让人垂涎欲滴。我吃了一口，那滋味，有种说不出的美妙。面一进入口中，汤汁便顺着口腔流入了舌根，烫的我舌头直往回缩，但正好把那鲜美的味道送入了深处的味蕾，面吃起来也是滑利爽口。我又尝了一块牛肉，口感厚实，既劲道又易嚼，即使年过八旬的老奶奶都咬得动，真是色香味俱佳。我再也忍不住了，便风卷残云般地吃完了一碗面。

“老板，来一碗牛肉面。”我大声吆喝到。“不要豆芽，多放辣椒!”“好嘞!”老板回答到。“小碗大碗?”“大碗。”“一共13块。”
只见老板将面放进瓢子，放到热水锅里。把握一个特定的时间——3.5秒，这样的面煮出来才不“耙”(太软也不“梗”(太硬。
煮好后，把面放到碗里，盛几大勺牛油汤，再放牛肉。葱花和香菜是任人选择的。我用勺子放了点葱花，端着面，走到了一个桌子前。牛肉面的热气散发，红油红的透彻，看起来就口水直流三千尺。
用筷子拈起面，往嘴里一塞，烫的要命。我便吹了几口再往嘴里放。牛油味唇齿留香，面条十分劲道。厚厚的辣味刺激着味蕾，让人十分舒畅，面条经过喉咙，整个喉咙都散发着热气。吃进肚里，再拈起牛肉，牛肉十分精品，嚼起来不老不嫩。
别人都说吃牛肉面配黄酒很好，可惜我不能喝酒。便叫了一碗豆浆。豆浆的甜甜冷冷配上牛肉面的烫烫辣辣，让人直呼畅快。
牛肉面吃了后，呼出的气都是烫的，在大冬天吃一碗牛肉面，非常暖和，在大夏天吃一碗牛肉面，热上加热的感觉，让牛肉面的香气更翻一倍。
旁边还有生大蒜，剥两颗放到牛肉面里，一口把面和大蒜一起吃进去，大蒜的辛辣味加上牛肉面的香辣，简直比满汉全席中的任何一道菜还美味。
牛肉面是越吃越有味，我不停的往嘴里塞。吃完了，我还要顺带把汤喝了，毕竟，这么美味的牛肉面，汤的味道肯定不错。
牛肉面算得上是襄阳的特产，四分之一的襄阳人每天早上的早餐都是牛肉面，足以体现襄阳牛肉面在襄阳人心中的地位，对牛肉面的热爱。
