It is shocking to notice that extreme violence has occurred with frequency on campus in recent years, home and abroad.
In November this year, a college student from a prestigious university stabbed to death a professor who was preparing for his teaching. In the US a deadly shooting by a Korean American college student resulted in 33 classmates’ death. These tragedies seem to be unimaginable when college students are regarded as the elite of the society. Some people claim that the higher education do not improve moralities of those college students. Others believe that college students are fragile in their internal minds. These opinions do make sense when we take the overloaded pressure imposed on college students into consideration. While there is no way to rid totally the world of such violence, it is more important to take measures to avoid those occurrences.
Among those solutions, psychological aid is one. If psychological consulting had been resorted to, those tragedies should have happened with less possibility.

矮小而艳丽的身子，头上戴这两朵美丽的花儿——蝴蝶结，犹如两只将要欲飞的蝴蝶！头发犹如两条马扎辫，又黑又长！显得格外可爱！
嘿嘿！可别被这可爱无比的外表所迷惑，发起威来，犹如一只母老虎，可厉害啦！
一日课外活动，阳光明媚，白云悠悠。我做完了作业，准备去找范凌荣借书，谁知，半路出个母老虎！我莫名其妙道：“王老吉，额！不，该改名了，加多宝！什么事？”原本平淡无奇的脸上变得绯红起来，转眼间，母老虎变成了恶魔，狰狞的面孔，怒气冲冲、火冒三丈，犹如一个欲要爆发的`活火山。顿时，她犹如一只母牛，鼻孔中冒着无不可怕的火药。她叉着腰，跺了跺脚，我见大事不妙，便撒腿就跑了，谁知，母牛真把我当红布了！直向我狂奔而来，我大眼瞪小眼，心想：你要来，我便战。我直冲大厅，躲在墙脚，戴着帽子，蜷着身子，畏缩着，犹如一只胆小如鼠的病猫！过了好一会儿，也没听进她的声音，心想：哈哈！还跟我玩…….我边想边抬头，啊！我的心不知一震，只见王艺颖正低头火视着我，我殷勤一笑：“哈NO”正当我准备开溜时，王艺颖一把抓住我的衣角，甭提有多难受了、多想逃了！我突然将身一扭，他个措手不及，她手一滑，我便溜了！
可是，我的好景不长啊！我刚到教室溜达了几圈，加多宝便追到了教室门口，我猴似的围着讲台转了几圈，我真累呀！衣服已经汗渗直流，还流浃背，我真佩服她呀！体力那么多！我已体力不足了，只能去救命之地——厕所。
我蹲在厕所门口气喘吁吁，止不住的流汗，王艺颖可真是纯爷们呀！连我进厕所都不放过我，我想尽千方百计…….可都不行啊！
事件如流水，一流而过。眼快就要到吃饭时间了，我心急如焚，只想冲出去，冲出去？那不成了肉包子了吗？给她讲道理？可她不听，像钻牛角尖似的，钻的进去出不来…….看来，今儿是没得吃咯！

现在校园里蔓延着一个恐怖手——软暴力，相信每个学生都会亲身体验到这个手的恶，也看到过手侵蚀着其他同学吧，而软暴力是肉体之外的暴力，是对每个同学心理造成的重大害。更是一种同学间的歧视，语言上不经意的害。同学之间口角上的不文明，老师对同学偶尔的忽视，也是不可谋略的软性暴力。在此，我向全校师生提出几条预防软暴力和面对软暴力的办法！
一、我们要文明用语，礼貌待人，做个讲礼仪，讲文明的好学生！
二、面对软暴力的时候，要乐观对待，保持开朗自信的心态，不要很额外的注重别人的话语。
三、换位思考，调整好心态，做事要三思而后行。
四、多与人沟通，心谈心，做个大家心目中的好同学，好朋友，好学生。
五、大力宣传软暴力的危害和及时制止软暴力的行为。
同学，老师们，让我们共同行动起来，消除软暴力，创建和谐的校园而努力吧，让我们的校园更美丽，更和谐，更有欢声笑语吧！”

"School videncen"is a popular word in the school during this years.And school videncen have many influence for us too.Many of us suffer form bully of school-bullies nowadays.

Some reasons arouse in this event.First, schools should try to avoid things like this, if the students are injured or dead, the schools have responsibility to them; second, families, especially parents should educate their children well, give them a good guide and take care of them; third, the society should control violent events. 可是，在当今社会，本应清净的校园里，却不时传来有关暴力伤害的消息：学生们互相斗殴，在校外聚众闹事，因几句不入耳的话便出手打人……一起起校园暴力事件不仅让人触目惊心，更为学生自身的安全打上了一个大大的问号。
大家也一定未忘记那一件件令人惨痛的悲剧吧！一位中学生因在学校教室内被4、5名学生包围，受到了扇耳光、脚踢脸部以及皮球投掷等伤害，而复仇连四人，当这位中学生意识到自己的罪行时，为时已晚，最后在XX被捕，终生坐牢。一位高一学生因被殴打，导致脊椎骨断裂，落下了终生残疾。这些暴力悲剧令人闻风丧胆！然而暴力的脚步并没有停下来，因暴力而流的还未凝固，它仍在上演，它仍在继续。现在已经毋庸置疑，暴力不仅仅是一个社会问题，也是一个校园问题，甚至成为每位师生必须思考的问题。
但是如何防止这种不良的行为呢？首先，要保持良好的心态，积极面对每一天，力求上进。二，相信自己的能力，不要产生自卑，自暴自弃或总认为自己不行做不到。三，多与老师家长交流心得，并及时向家长汇报自己的实际情况。四，多参加集体活动与锻炼修养心态等。
