在国庆期间，我去吃了兰州牛肉面，来到面馆，我点了一碗拉面，只见拉面师傅从一大堆的面中，取出一块轻柔有弹性的面快，面块在他们面前是那么听话。拉面师傅左手一挤右手向外拉，用力把长条向上甩，再继续挤，来回的抹，几个来回，面块就变成了长条。他两手拎起长条的两端，用力的甩，甩在桌上发出很响的啪啪声，然后轻轻对折，再甩……五六下子，他就迅速拎起对折后的两端，一拧一转，动作是那么灵活，他又随手撒点面粉，两手用力拉，用力的卷，很快长条变成又细又长的面条，最后，一个潇洒的动作把面条抛进滚水的大锅中……
在等几分钟面条出锅了，一大碗热气腾腾的牛肉拉面端了上来。白白的面，黄黄的咖喱汤，绿绿的香菜，香喷喷的牛肉，一下子勾起了我的食欲。我端起面就狼吞虎咽吃了起来。果然是名不虚传，光滑的面从牙尖穿过，麻辣滚烫，牛肉“刺”的舌头直发麻，新鲜的香菜有激起舌头一股清爽的感觉，再喝一口汤，咬一口肉，又有了不同的感觉，我越来越觉的自己的心仿佛在燃烧，在沸腾似的。吃完了，那牛肉拉面的味道还在口中回味着，整个口腔想玩了一个刺激游戏，嘴巴，牙齿，舌头还是麻麻的。
