伴着十六岁的青春，我们步入了高中的殿堂。这里，也就成了我们的第二个家，在这新家里，日夜陪伴我们的便是老师。
当我走进教室的第一刻，看到的便是班主任，他戴着一副大眼镜，中等个子，给人一种庄重、严肃的感觉。
在这天晚自习上，他给我们讲了很多，在他的嘴角偶尔会露出一丝微笑。“走进新的环境，你们晚上可别哭哦！”一句简单而亲切的话，让他给我的第一印象发生了大改变，由严肃变成了细心，和蔼可亲。
这几天早上和中午，我们总能看到他弯着腰，挥动着扫帚，仔细地清扫着教室的每一个角落。
——这，就是老师的奉献。
在我们身边，还有一位可亲的老师，一位只比我们大十岁的missyang。
她的头发总是很听话的披在肩上，给人一种温暖的感觉，她穿着黄色的上衣，高跟鞋似乎在为她的步子伴奏，“咚咚”作响。
“hello，everybody！”随即，一声声流利的英语边传入了我的耳际，她的语速很快，让我们摸不着北。好不容易才等到下课，便有很多同学跑到老师跟前提建议。一个微笑的点头，简直出乎我的意料，我心里嘀咕着，她都成了习惯，还能改变自己上课的风格吗？
“同学们，可以理解吗？”她再三地问我们，一句话，她有时会重复两三遍，直到我们弄懂为止。我都为我们这糟糕的学习底子感到焦急，然而老师却始终用她和蔼的话语，重复着我们不懂的句子。一节课下来，老师已是气喘吁吁。
——这，就是老师的奉献。
老师，用他们的行动来教育我们，感染我们，引导我们，为我们指明前行的路。
有时，我会想，为什么“师”前面要加个“老”字呢？可能，就是像我们的高中老师这样，把他们自己的青春都奉献给了我们，给自己留下的，仅仅是一道道皱纹，一丝丝百发，仅仅是那因为粉笔的侵蚀而生茧的手。

It's my honour to get the chance to write to you. "Approachable" is my first impression of you, because you always keeps smiling. Students may fear the teachers that are serious both in and out of class. Smile makes a teacher popular with his students, you are a teacher of this very kind.
You always arrive at the classroom ahead of any of the students, from which we could imply that you are a diligent man with regular habit. Before the class, you like to talk to us, at this very time, you are more a friend than a teacher. To be honest, I was surprised in the first class when I learned a teacher at your age could speak English in such a fluent way.(I didn't mean you are old, you're young at heart. Moreover, you know well how to keep your class attractive. You've got such an active mind that you can keep talking during the whole class without a pause. I always appreciated your ideas and enjoyed listening to you. In your class, I learned not only the writing skills but also the presentation skills as well as much knowledge of other areas. I've got some suggestions for you. It seems that we students have got few chances to participate in discussion during the class time. Most of the time, we are listening. Seldom did we express our own ideas. I suggest that teachers should interact with students more frequently in the class. Besides, I'd like to practice writing more, so would you please leave us more assignments?

上了高中，我们班换了一位新老师--冯老师。她虽然是学校高高在上的副校长，但是她十分平易近人，和蔼可亲，上课时就像我们的好朋友！
她戴着一副文质彬彬的近视眼镜，双目也统统有神。直勾勾的鼻梁下有一张伶俐的小嘴。尽管她的声音有点沙哑，但说起话来却是头头是道，振振有词；她的乌黑的柔软的长发，修长的身材，轻盈的步履，仿佛阳春三月的杨杨柳那样婀娜多姿！
冯老师有四大特点：
特点一：眼睛敏锐，会说话。我们班的同学特别爱起哄。上课时，冯老师让大家组词，有个同学说错了，全班就轰的一声笑了。随之，讨论声，嬉笑声，是我们班变成了个“大集市”！正在写黑板的冯老师停下了笔，二话不说转过身来，眼睛瞪得老大，从里头射出的光仿佛带着锋芒，环视了教室的每一个角落。教室奇迹般地安静下来。
特点二：耳朵特灵。每一节语文课，教室都异常安静。那天冯老师在板书，同学们都在专心致志的抄着。突然，她的脸由晴转阴，眉毛拧成个疙瘩，藏在眼镜片后的那两道目光如两把闪光的剑，扫去小贤的座位，又严厉的批评道：小贤，我已经不止一次听到你在课堂上开小差了！要是再被我逮着的话，你就到走廊去！”老师的耳朵真是顺风耳啊！连这么小的声音都听得一清二楚。
特点三：感情的朗读。冯老师读书时，真是有声有色！她双眉时而皱起，眉宇间形成一个问号；时而愉快地舒展，像个感叹号；时而又高高挑起……她声音时而高，时而低，时而缓，时而急。即如“沙，沙”的山雨，又像“丁，冬”的溪流。富有感情，充满光彩。让人仿佛置身于课文之中，念念不忘。
特点四：一丝不苟，尽职尽责。看冯老师的黑板字，一点儿不潦草，工整而有力。她不怕教课慢，但要每个同学学懂为止。教同学正确握笔时，总是那么耐心细致！
冯老师真是我们衷心爱戴的好老师，学校兢兢业业的好校长。我坚信，我们班的语文水平一定会芝麻开花--节节高！

我有很多新老师，今天就选一个给我们上第一节课的数学老师吧。
当数学老师跨进教室的时侯，把我吓了个半，哇，那么高，教训起人来可不是开玩笑的，大概还没从前那为数学老师的阴影下走出来吧！脑海中一下跳出了板子打人的声音，想想就恐怖。人不过没想到数学老师对人还蛮好的`，从开学到现在还没怎么骂过人呢，不过是不是装的还不能证实，想想以前开学，那个新老师不这样，到后来还不是个个都原形毕露了，还一个比一个凶呢！过了几天后，我开学的恐惧没有了，更多的是课堂上的欢笑。
我还记得刚学的那几堂课，那可真是够气沉沉的，数学老师每次问一个问题后，教室里不光没人举手，还更加沉闷，反正除了沉默就剩沉默了，我想那时数学老师应该很郁闷，上别的课都举手，偏偏上他的课是沉闷的。
几天后，在某节数学课上，老师又提了个简单的问题，“唰唰”有人举手了，还清楚的记得老师说了句：“你们终于举手了。”我们当时就笑了。
而且我发现老师真是非常的细心，耐心，有很多同学作业不怎么会，老师就一个个跑过去为他们讲解，我在看书，光阴似箭，半个小时过去了，我抬头一看，只见老师还弯着腰作文
孜孜不倦地讲着，我觉得老师真是太有耐心了，如果是我的话，我肯定早就受不了了，老是师太厉害了，佩服，佩服。经过半个月的了解，我觉得数学老师很亲切。
这就是我的新老师，我真是太喜欢我的老师和学校了。
