三国蜀汉丞相诸葛亮，上知天文，下通地理。他曾三气周瑜，六出祁山，七擒孟获，为刘备立下了汗马功劳。他曾夺取荆州、益州、西川，一手打造了三分天下的局面。但他却最终在五丈原心力交瘁而，并没有完成他统一中原的心愿。难道就因为他没有攻打下魏国，就不能说诸葛亮是英雄吗？当然不能。诸葛亮是智慧的化身，至今，我们仍不能忘怀他，他向我们展示了他的忠心、谋略、才干……

“富二代”烧钱炫富，当街上演激吻好戏等等的负面新闻层出不穷，除了成为人们茶余饭后谈论的资本，他们毫无建树。
他们的不思进取，依仗父荫，好逸恶劳让人生厌，但也显得卑微出身的英雄们更加耀眼夺目，让人羡慕钦佩。
卑微的出身是庸人的伤痛，但却是英雄奋斗的资本与动力。
卑微的出身是庸人难以启齿的“秘密”，但却是英雄如猎鹰般搏击长空的气魄。
不以出身论英雄，因此我们不应因平凡甚至卑微的出身庸人自扰、自怨自艾，不应羡慕那些拥有高贵出身的人。

项羽与刘邦划江而治，最后战争爆发了，刘邦节节胜利，步步为营，最终把项羽逼到绝路，项羽逃到乌江边，只剩下很少的兵马。但是项羽还是命令他们冲，我们可以看到项羽的性。因为刘邦兵多，项羽自刎乌江，一代豪杰就此亡。虽然项羽不敌刘邦，但是我们可以欣赏项羽霸王举鼎的霸气，我们可以看到项羽拨兵给刘邦的大气。不以成败论英雄，项羽是一位人间英雄。
曹操虽遭赤壁大败，却不失为一位英雄。
三国是一个充满刀光剑影的时代。那次，曹操举大军伐吴，孙刘联盟结成了。因为曹操的军士不适应于船上作战，于是曹操听人建议，把战船连在一起，如同陆地。但是招来了无穷的祸患。东吴大都督周瑜与诸葛亮一下就看到了破敌之策——用火攻。但是万事俱备，只欠东风。诸葛亮借来了大风，消除了不足之处。两军交战时，孙刘联军一把火把曹军烧的灰飞烟灭，在一片火海中，曹军损兵折将，丢盔弃甲，抱头鼠窜。最后曹操败走华容道，差点丧命。曹操遭受赤壁之败，元气大伤。虽然曹操败了，但他藐视天下的气概却让我们动容，不以成败论英雄，曹操是一位鼎鼎大名的英雄。
刘翔虽然没有跑完，却不失为一位英雄。
2012年伦敦奥运会的110米跨栏的赛场，被亿万观众聚燃。刘翔因为脚伤跑了几步就停下来，可令人意外的是刘翔没有退后，而是坚持跑完了比赛。我们可以看到别人的矫健英姿，但也可以看到刘翔的体育精神，我们可以记起2004年刘翔的惊人表现。不以成败论英雄，刘翔是一位值得尊敬的英雄。
