随着年节的脚步越来越近，201x年春运也进入节前高峰阶段，我们合肥供电段临客二班的同志们于x月xx日至x月xx日顺利完成了第一次值乘任务。第一次的种种不适应、磨合期各式各样的问题都使我们这些春运“菜鸟”们成长了不少。任务的完成固然有我们自身的努力，更离不开的是列车长、带队教员以及车上其他师傅的悉心指导。其中，最令我们印象深刻的是师傅们对于细节的注重与把控。
车厢的明亮整洁离不开车窗窗帘的整齐。窗帘的拉开与否也是有讲究的。白天时，将遮光布收向两边扎好，将白纱展开。这样做既能使阳光照进来，让整个车厢洋溢着温暖，又不至于让阳光直射到窗边旅客的眼睛。到了晚上，将遮光布放下来，把窗外光源遮挡住，保证旅客休息质量。这虽是一个小细节，但师傅要求我们每天按时标准化作业，在无形中给旅客创造一个舒适的乘车环境。
同样注重细节的还有两位列车长，由于我们是第一次上车，各方面都不足，两位车长就来来回回在各车厢巡视，事无巨细地提醒我们各方面事宜。比如常常被忽视的列车车门外扶手。有的行动不便的旅客需要借助扶手才能顺利上下车，而经过一路疾驰，暴露在外面的扶手必然落有灰尘。两位车长就常常提醒我们要擦拭扶手便于旅客使用。再比如盛满开水的水杯要记得提醒乘客盖上盖子以防烫伤。有一次我经过乘务室门口，看到车长在我乘务室中，顺手把我忘记盖盖的杯子盖上了。心里很是感动，想起车长在出乘会上的话:在保证乘客安全的同时，也要保护好自己。
列车一次又一次的安全到站，旅客们满意下车、平安到家的背后，正是这无数个小细节的积累。列车长和师傅们这种对工作全心全意、对乘客无微不至的精神将鼓舞我们完成接下来一次又一次的任务。点滴的细节，才能铸就温馨的春运！
面对春运，我们会有很多感想，春运的归程是艰辛、是漫长，同时也是温暖的、幸福的。一张小小的车票，融进了游子们归家的一年的辛劳，也融进了游子们团圆的幸福。无论寒风刺骨，无论冰雪路滑，也阻挡不了游子归家的心情。
