我并不觉得孩子的调皮捣乱是一种错误的行为，思想汇报专题未成年的孩子在思想和行为上都是欠考虑的人群之一，有时候容易情绪激动，发生打架斗殴这种过激行为，这是我们作为老师应该可以理解的事情，于是我们要教育他们凡是要三思而后行，要学会忍让，让把社会上的实例展示给他们，让他们知道学校只能庇护他们一时。
而终究要面对的是社会，社会的残酷绝不会容忍他们犯错误。孩子厌学的情况是每个老师都头疼的问题，首先我们要让孩子钻进来，培养他们去钻研问题的习惯，让他们在钻研的过程中能够感受到学习的乐趣，让他们在做完一道题之后感到成功感，慢慢改变孩子厌学的态度。
