“马太效应”说，强者恒强，弱者恒弱。骆驼是食草动物，狼则是食肉动物。初听上去，作为弱者的骆驼打败作为强者的狼，似乎是天方夜谭。事实上，弱者是可以打败强者的。
其实，骆驼不是把狼打垮的，而是用耐力和智慧把狼拖垮的。在这一点上，骆驼把自己的优势发挥到极致，扬长避短，最终取得了胜利。坚持到最后，所有的不利因素全部消失，一举改变最初被动挨打的局面，骆驼成为胜者，成为强者。
狼的贪婪本性伤害了自己，而骆驼正是利用狼的贪婪本性救了自己。由此可见，狼是被自己打败的。
