I am writing to put up some suggestions concerning our teaching and campus life.
As a sophomore from the Math Department, I am quite satisfied with the present condition of my university, but I餯 like to say that there is still some room for improvement.
First, I believe that more attention should be paid to the guidance of our study methods. To some extent, university students are capable of studying by themselves, but more often than never, we find ourselves at a loss as to choose good books to read and appropriate topics for our research. It is clear that we need some advice from our teachers. If our teachers can lecture more on how to learn by yourself for us, especially for the freshmen, our skills will be further improved.
Second, more activities should be conducted to make our campus life more colorful. I sorry to say that the present life on campus is quite boring. Every day we have classes, read in the library, or stay in the dormitory. Life here is routine. We need more meaningful activities organized to enrich our college life and enable us to study more efficiently.

因为经贸系着手改革——顶岗实习，我们俩个物流班二年级一结束，从暑假开始就步入社会——到各个实习单位锻炼，由于分了柏莱、联通、家庭在线、交运、顺风的嘉兴和上海以及南京的苏宁等七个点，系里各个点均安排了指导老师和带队老师，由于苏宁的学生最多，我就被分配到苏宁的这帮学生队伍中，从我带的这个点我有很多感慨：首先，我觉得我们的学生真棒，一放假就匆匆忙忙回家，前天晚上又火急火燎地赶到学校，昨天早上八点多从学校出发，直到下午2：30才到实习的宿舍，搬东西、领被子，忙完后又坐车去公司熟悉环境，直到16：30才中饭和晚饭合在一起吃了一顿，晚上回宿舍还要整理行理，说实话，我比你们轻松多了（可我第二天到家却头昏脑胀），但我早上在公司的门口却看到了准时来餐厅吃早饭的学生，从她们的脸上我看到了疲倦，但看不到退却，我带着不舍转身走了……
同学们，你们刚从学校走上社会，从一个学生的身份转入一个员工的身份，其中肯定布满艰辛，也会遇到这样那样的困难，但凡事要往好的地方想，比如苏宁安排了八个人一个宿舍，有的甚至是插到陌生人的宿舍，难免会有磕磕碰碰，宿舍到公司的路也有点远，要步行20分钟，我们就当作是一种健身的方式，再想想食堂里中、晚饭都是二蔬二荤一汤免费供应，空调和浴室都是24小时开放，又不用你们付费。听前批的员工说，她们刚来时，没空调，没浴室，热就用冰块降温，她们也就这样过来了，现在条件改善了，所以同学们要积极、乐观、向上。向家人报平安时，注意尽量报喜不报忧，免得家人担心，因为：儿行千里母担忧。我也是个母亲，有一次我去上海，
当我听到电话里女儿抽泣的声音时，我恨不得立刻飞到她身边，但那次以后她坚强、独立了许多，现在她独自一人跟着教练出去打羽毛球比赛，当我看到她发给我的那些欢快、轻松的图片时，我的心也跟着飞翔。所以，我希望我的学生不要让父母平添担忧，因为你是成年人了，该是闯荡的时候了，不经历风雨，怎么能见彩虹？另外，现在是梅雨季节，请同学们每天随带雨伞，照顾好自己！再次要提醒的是：遇到麻烦，及时同指导老师、班主任联系，如自学考试等，可以请假回来参加。但要抛开一些为时过早的'儿女情长的私事，说话、做事都要三思而后行，现在你们还没毕业，还没固定的单位和收入，凭什么来面对你心爱的人，拿什么来养家糊口……为了你们的顶岗实习，系里的领导和老师都化了大量的时间和精力，就拿我送苏宁的学生，我割舍了陪女儿外出比赛的机会，也放弃了与基础部同事休闲娱乐的机会，但我无怨无悔，因为你们也是我的娃，我这样说，并不说明我有多高尚，因为这是我的工作，我责无旁贷，目的是希望我的学生们能珍惜这次顶岗实习的机会，给系里的领导和老师一个交代，就为你们今后的正式工作打下基础、作一次铺垫、多一份社会阅历吧。

I know teacher’s mood have great impact on student,especially their enthusiasm towards study. If I were a teacher, I wouldn’tleave students much homework.
Too much homework may have negative impact onstudents, even resisting going to school. Besides, I want them have some sparetime to do what they want. If I were a teacher, I wouldn’t have a preference forthe high score students.
On the contrary, I would pay more attention to the relativelypoor students. I think they need more help and encouragement. If I were ateacher, I wanted to try my best to be a friend of my students. I think a teacher like friendwould be much more helpful to students.
