2、按自己的速度进餐：吃饭不要随着人家速度的快慢，这样消化功能才能充分发挥作用。
3、不要站立进食：站立进食，可抑制胃肠正常功能发挥。
4、不可吃烫食：常吃烫食，食道和胃易受损伤。
5、尽量避开噪音：强烈的噪音会使人神经兴奋、胃肠功能衰减。
6、尽可能吃较硬的食物：能有效地锻炼牙龈及腭肌肉。
7、体虚者可多吃肉：肉类蛋白质多，可增强体质。
8、喝酒前吃点东西：喝酒前吃点东西或喝些水，可以防止醉酒。
9、每天一定要吃一次纤维食品：纤维质可把有害的腐败物包围并排泄掉。
10、钙质最好和醋一起摄入：醋能把钙质离子化，易于为人体所吸收。

12、进餐时忌发怒、紧张、哀伤、忧虑：这样会减弱消化吸收功能，也影响味觉。

15、就餐时可听听优雅的音乐：优雅的音乐能提高副交感神经作用，促进消化和吸收。
16、不要怕吃菜渣：纤维素能促进大肠蠕动，排除有害物质，预防肠癌。
17、不可长期进食植物油：正确的用油应是一份植物油配0·7份动物油。
18、小孩食谱不应与大人一样：孩子食谱应营养全面，特别要注意补充有利于长身体的营养素。
19、多吃些颜色深的蔬菜：颜色深的蔬菜含胡萝卜素、维生素B2、镁、铁等营养素更丰富。
