星期天，我们接到了家庭聚会的邀请，去北新泾二外公家里作客。在那里，我遇见了好久没有看到的其他外公，外婆，舅舅，姨妈……老辈人的重逢，那个热乎劲啊真叫人感动不己。他们讲话的声音很响，让人感到震耳欲聋。有时却细声细语，如同山涧溪水无声也有声。
午饭时间到了，二外公为大家准备了一桌丰盛的菜肴。有红烧肉，椒盐排条，红闷大虾，四喜丸子，水晶虾仁等等……整桌好菜馋得我直流口水，我吃了好多好多，也喝了不少饮料。午饭吃的很晚，我们也该回家了。三外公开轿车送我们回家的，他开的车又快又稳，不一会我们就到家了。
这次家庭聚会对我的教育很大，使我明白了亲情之间的温馨，和谐是多么重要，又多么幸福啊！

我们一家平时上学的上学，上班的上班，很少有时间交流，只有在双休日可以到外婆家走动走动，不仅可以借助聚餐的机会交流一下，还可以陪陪平时寂寞的爷爷奶奶。
有个星期六，我们一家又来到了外婆家聚会。一进门，爷爷马上放下了手中的画笔，跑出房间迎接我，一会儿摸摸我的头，一会儿抱抱我，情不自禁地说：“唉呀，几天不见孙子又长高了，天天吃得好，睡得好，长得结结实实的！呵呵……”奶奶则在厨房里给我准备好吃的，一见我来了，就从厨房里走出来说：“孙子，饿了吗？有好吃的奶奶拿来啊。”说着，就拿了一些饼干给我垫垫肚子。爷爷回房把东西收拾好，又请我当他的老师教他学电脑，奶奶又去烧饭。
到了晚饭时间，奶奶做了一桌丰盛的佳肴，我们纷纷聚拢过来，但她自己却还在忙活这忙活那，我见她忙了一下午还没上餐桌，不忍心吃饭，便把奶奶拉了过来。
菜一道一道地端上来了，有我爱吃的红烧排骨和炖鸡汤等一些大鱼大肉。我总是听爷爷奶奶说青菜萝卜保平安，那可能是他们平时吃的了，而今天餐桌上是荤多素少啊！
一开饭，奶奶就给我夹了一个我从小就爱吃的鸡腿，三下五除二就被我消灭了，爷爷又毫不迟疑地给我夹了一个，我说：“我从小到大吃的鸡腿已经数不胜数了，妈妈小时很少吃，就给妈妈吃吧。”而妈妈接过鸡腿又悄悄转给了爷爷，边夹边说：“小孩子的营养已经够多了，老人也要多吃一些补补钙。”爷爷却舍不得吃，又给了爸爸，爸爸又……就这么转了一圈，又转到了爷爷碗里，而爷爷夹着鸡腿放回汤盆，并说：“还是留给孙子晚上吃吧……”
我们一家在聚餐时总会出现这一幕，不管是在小家或奶奶这样的大家庭，都是这样，让我徜徉在这种关爱中长大。

The popularity of smartphones has exerted great influence on the way people communicate, so much so that an increasing number of individuals contend that face-to-face communication is being replaced by texts and images on the mobile phone.
There are more than one angle to consider this phenomenon. On one hand, it is pleasantly acknowledged that smartphones shorten the distance between families and friends. Even people from different sides of the globe can share pictures, feelings and thoughts through various types of apps on the phone, thus building a long-distance connection. On the other hand, as the picture warns us, too much smartphone addiction interferes with people's real-life communication. Statistics show that over 70 percent of face-to-face communication consists of facial expressions and body language, which is why people should stay away from mobile phones when they have the chance to actually talk and communicate with others.
In a word, mobile phones act as an appropriate platform where people can always stay in tough however long the distance is, but a wise man should know when to put down his phone.

过年啦！过年啦！和往年不同，今年的年三十中午我和爸爸妈妈邀请爷爷奶奶、外公外婆都来我们家吃饭，准备饭菜可是一项光荣而艰巨的任务，我们早早便开始计划。
提前几天我们就把菜单大致定了下来，包括凉菜、炒菜、烧菜、汤和主食，一共十六道。我负责凉菜中的水果拼盘。年二十九一大早我们便去菜场和超市进行了大采购，为了确保新鲜，爸爸大年三十早上去买了鲈鱼。从年二十九晚上我们便开始洗菜、切菜、摆盘、烧菜……做好前期准备，虽然很忙碌，但我们做得井井有条。
年三十中午，爷爷奶奶、外公外婆来啦，我们先让他们在客厅喝茶吃点心，边看电视边聊天。我和妈妈把凉菜摆上桌，爸爸开始做热菜。等到准备得差不多了，我们邀请长辈们到餐厅就坐，一盘盘色香味俱全的菜肴陆续端上餐桌，我端起饮料向长辈们敬酒并且说了很多祝福的话。期间，大家有说有笑，还不停地夸赞我们的手艺，比饭店里的还要好吃，听得我心里美滋滋的。
爸爸妈妈说每一道饭菜都有我的参与，我觉得这样的新年聚餐更加有年味，更加有意义！

放学后，我高高兴兴地回家，可是刚进小区，就看到一幕幕令人心痛的场景。一棵棵小树都被栓着绳子，而绳子上则挂满了床单被套，五颜六色，有的绳子上搭着厚厚的被子，绳子都不堪重负弯曲着腰。我似乎看到小树哭丧着脸，耷拉着脑袋。我的'心情一下子低落下来，原本轻快地脚步变得沉重起来。再一抬头，竟然看到有人直接把小孩子的衣服晾在一棵小树的枝叉上。“这棵小树的树干还没有我的胳膊粗呢”我心里这么想着，鼻子有点酸酸，眼泪在眼眶打转转……还有两天就是植树节了，这样的风景实在让我感到悲哀，为什么大人们什么都看不见，看不见小树的忧伤，看不见小树的哭泣，小树也有他的喜怒哀乐，小树也有他的尊严啊！
