They encourageme very often, considering that I can go to the university I dream of. Ofcourse, I take good care of myself in life. Im writing to you in Beijing.
Im very happy to visit Beijing again. To my surprise, great changes have taken place here recently.
Today I went to Wangfujing Street. Now the streets are cleaner and nicer than before. There are many flowers everywhere and there is a fine smell of the flowers in the air. There are more new buildings, modern shops and large markets in it. People in Beijing are happy. Everyone has a smile on the face.
I know they are working hard for the 2008 Olympics. I hope they will have a good luck.

Dear mother,
I have been good at school. I often think of you when I go to bed because we always go for a walk before go to bed at home. So I miss you everyday. Do you miss me? Why don’t you call me? I’ve got a lot of things to tell you. One of the things is about foreign teacher’s daughter. Her name’s Skyler. She lives in Canada. She comes to our class to learn Chinese and English with me in my class. This afternoon, when it was art and craft class, our class were cleaning the gymnasium. And she did it with us too. So I usually talk to her when she doesn’t know what to do? But when the class is over, I always haven’t got enough time to talk to her. And I usually can’t find her. So we don’t have time to introduce to each other. But it is the first time that I have a foreign student. So I’m very happy! Mum, you often tell me, “If you are happy, I’ll be happy, too.” So you have to be happy, because I’m happy! I like you when you are happy!

星期天，上完演写课，老师给我们留了一个特殊的作业---帮大人干一次家务活，必须在感恩节前完成。
转眼间感恩节到了。早上，妈妈一起床，便开始忙起了没完没了的家务活：拖地、擦桌子、洗衣服、做饭……这时我走过去对妈妈说：“妈妈，今天是感恩节，让我帮你拖地吧！”妈妈高兴地说：“好呀！”接着妈妈就教我怎么涮拖把，怎么拧干，怎么拖地……滔滔不绝地讲了一遍又一遍，听得我头都有点大了才罢休，结果在交给我拖把时还是千叮咛万嘱咐的。
我接过拖把就干，可不知怎的，拖把沉得像铅块一样，就单从厕所里拿出来，就累得我这个小人呼呼地喘着粗气，还要拖三个屋子，不累才怪呢！虽然心里这么想着，但是已经接受了任务，还是要干下去的。我开始按照妈妈的指点拖地，前推后拉，再前推后拉……“加油！”妈妈大喊着给我鼓励，“再加一把劲这个屋子就拖完了。”然后用鼓励的眼神望着筋疲力尽的我。而现在的我早已气喘吁吁，整个身子摇摇晃晃，没头没脑的就像个不倒翁，一不留神还差点和房门接个吻，哈哈哈……终于进入最后一个屋子了，我眼前就像出现了一道曙光，“坚持到底就是胜利，加油！”我暗自鼓励自己。好不容易拖完了，我浑身的骨头就像散了架一样，马上瘫倒在床上一动不动。这时妈妈笑眯眯地走了过来，抚摸着我的头说：“儿子，你真棒！”听了这话，我心里美滋滋的。
以前，对于妈妈干那些家务活总是不以为然，而今天通过这次亲身体验，才深深感受到妈妈的辛苦，以后一定为妈妈多分担家务。

我的妈妈是一位教师，每天上班非常辛苦，回家还要干家务活，看着妈妈忙碌的身影，我决心要学习干家务活，帮妈妈分担一些。但是平时功课紧，周末又去上补习班，没有实现。
放暑假了，我终于可以练习做家务了。
这一天，妈妈去开会，我自己一个人在家。看了一会儿电视，我突然想起来可以做家务，等妈妈回家以后给她一个惊喜。做什么呢？做饭我还不会，最后，我决定打扫厨房。我学着妈妈的样子先擦厨房的墙壁，先喷上清洁剂，等几分钟，再用湿布擦。高处，我搬来一把椅子，使劲地擦。不一会儿，我的头上就出汗了，原来做家务真的很辛苦啊。平时妈妈每天都干这些活儿，这回我知道妈妈的辛苦了。收拾完墙壁，我又擦了灶台和洗碗池，这时，我累得不行了。不过，看着干净的厨房，我还是很开心。
妈妈回家以后，我让妈妈看一看厨房，她非常高兴，都不敢相信这时我做的，说我真的长大了。我的心里甜丝丝的。
